Update 08/24/22 -Apparently, I'm a glutton for punishment. I will never make it home with an entire order or at least make it... home to eat anything that doesn't have to be microwaved. I have been through the drive thru twice and waited 40 minutes duringthe 2nd round for drinks that I didn't get initially with my order. I am starting to hate it here but at least it is a step upfrom the location at Foster and Hwy 90 that closes on a whim when they get hungry for Denny's across the road, which ended upbeing more alternative after seeing the temporarily closednite. I really like the chain but these locations are cursed.. Update06/05/22 - Please do not reply with BS (contact form already done).. Just when you thought it couldn't get worse... Itdefinitely does. The fact that the menu boards in the drive thru are always partially missing or broken should be a sign ofimminent disaster to anyone visiting this restaurant. Can't make the fajita pita, out of churros, and out of Sprite. There isalso the added bonus of no vegetables and serving already done bacon that is thinner than toilet paper. I definitely want mymoney back on this one. My entire order is either inedible, disgusting, or both. Also, please free the staff of their misery.The girl that took our order sounded as if working there equated a very slow death. Honestly, what's wrong Jack in the box? Arethe restaurants franchised and this one is too broke to order ingredients?? 6 Months Ago Just okay. Doesn't ever have/serve theteriyaki bowl and for whatever reason Fountain drinks. They're always a late night option but not for milkshakes. Their sloganshould be.. "We don't have it or don't feel like cleaning/refilling the machine to serve it". Waited 20 minutes at empty drive-through then I go to the window and I see the employees coming out of the bathroom they then... walk up to drive-through window not in uniform at all and say we are out if product and slam the window closed and walks offwith a attitude. Does this location even have a manager working here? How could night shift employees feel so comfortable givingthe worst service experience they can provide? Read more
Don?t ever go to this location I don?t know if they high or what! My husband and I went yesterday and they messed up the order.... I asked for the pop corn chicken box and he ordered a number 11 with no bacon. We get to the window the guy said he asked for aburger we did not he also said that meal did not come with a drink but he?ll give us one???? he handed us our bag and we pulloff. Something told me to look in the bag wow what did I see a sandwich with no fries. I wasn?t asked if I wanted sauce oranything. So my husband goes to one door guess what it?s locked then the other door handle was broken off so we couldn?t get in.We go back to the drive thru they are so rude we we get to the window and was told ? oh he only charged u for the sandwich? weasked for the meal!! And guess what his sandwich still has bacon on it. We will never ever go back to this store. We are new toTexas lesson learned!!! Read more

They take shortcuts , I ordered curly fries which is an additional cost, and instead of throwing a new batch of curly fries they... gave me regular fries and topped it with curly so they would look like curly fries. It?s actually funny. Sad can?t even get whatyou paid for. Read more
Super disappointed. It's 130 pm and the drive thru guy ran off literally half the menu of things they didn't have. No Sprite,... curly fries, egg rolls, churros, tiny tacos, chicken patties, sweet tea or milkshakes. He didn't sound like he even wanted to beworking there. I had heard there was supposed to be new management so I thought I'd try again... but every time I come here it'sjust bad. Edit to add: I ordered an ultimate cheeseburger. This is, by far, the best Jack around. After Jack in the Box went franchised, they went down hill super fast. I hate giving... them my money now. But I found this hidden gem when I moved to this side of town last year. I even drive past a different Jackto get here. They are quick and the food is fresh. There was no difference today. I had a very large order and I got it superfast. Food was amazing and fresh. The ladies at the window were helpful and friendly. I only have 1 concern. See the pic?There is no cheese in my stuffed jalapeños. And that sucks for me because I take the jalapeños out. Lol Read more
I'm a DoorDasher and I would never eat here. Yesterday, the young cook boy belched aloud as he cooked, apparently to be funny... while his other coworkers chatted and laughed. It was disgusting. Another young girl regularly wears a shirt with holes andrips all around the bottom hem. Nobody was at the register. A young lady in the back came up to the register, then asked acoworker, "Who's supposed to be up here?" When she heard the name, she rolled her eyes, laughed and walked away to do more workin the back. A customer who was waiting to place an order walked up to the register when she did, but walked away awkwardlywhen she walked away ignoring him. Needless to say it was a long wait, as usual, and I'm only going there to pickup for acustomer. I wish this establishment would shut down to make room for a better quality business. It is interesting that theJack In The Box Owner simply replies to each of these negative comments but doesn't actually do anything to improve therestaurant. Read more
