Do not come here unless you want to wait 20mins for a burger and tacos. A line all the way to kingdom come lol.They were out of... hot sauce!? The cashier in the morning at 10 am at the drive thru was feisty and rude. My husband asked if they were serving breakfast and... lunch. She replied that only breakfast but she did it with such a bad attitude and tone of voice. Then my husband asked if therewas any breakfast food without eggs because he is lactose intolerant. She then said, No!! Everything has eggs!!! You don't haveto get it if you don't want to. I asked her why she was being rude. She said she was not rude and then yelled, "Have a goodday!!!" She refused to answer us when we tried to order and we had to leave. We had to look for another place to get breakfast.She was so offensive. It was a female working the drive thru window. Please get better service and people who actually liketheir job. Never going there again. Read more
9pm 7/17/22 dining room was closed, im a driver, walked from flying j and wanted some Jack n the box to go, I couldn't access... drive thru... Had to go to McDonald's but it's all good they had great fresh hot fries this time and actually great customerservice as well so, thanks anyways yall God bless Read more
After not having the correct cheese for the Double Bacon Cheesy Jack i settled and ordered two #7 combos and after a 40 minute... wait for my food. I drive home to find out there's no bacon on either burger. Tried to call the store and the number goesstraight to dial tone. The lady was nice though. Read more
Place is dirty. Saw a roach crawling across the floor while i was eating. Walls and ceiling in dining area dirty. Hate to see... what the kitchen looks like. I ordered tacos no lettuce, extra cheese. Had lettuce, not extra cheese. I also ordered spicychicken sandwich with cheese. Didn't have cheese on it. Staff very unprofessional. I never place bad reviews, yet i had to onthis trip. Read more
This was my 1st visit to a Jack in the Box & I didn't have a chance to order my food because the speaker was crackling and the... employee behind the speaker claim they just could not hear me so I walkee into the store and it was empty nodbody in line orseated. I waited at the counter for someone to greet me and nothing so I left and went to McDonald's. Customer Service isterrible when you don't have customers or busy? If I could give zero stars I would. The staff, super friendly, but the product they are putting out, not so good. A $5 burger... that you'd think would be a lil more presentable but looks like a$$. The meat lovers burrito... almost $5 as well and this iswhat you get. Avoid this place at all costs. Clearly the owner and management has no plan in place to fix these issues as itseems to be a reoccurring issue. Drive a couple extra miles and visit ANY other fast food restaurant. Read more
