9/11/2022 @ 5pm Bamboozled! Walked in and no employees at register. Women closest to counter who was preparing burgers asked if... I?d been helped! Why did she ask that? Guy who took my order wasn?t listening to my reply to his questions so he repeatedevery question twice! Whole employee staff is asleep on this 9/11 anniversary! I hope they?re in deep contemplation! I canforgive their intention for that! When I received my burger everything was fine except the pure white (no green) lettuce! Iasked for green only lettuce to which the lady helping said she would have to remake the entire burger which the first burger Ihad already waited 10 minutes for! I couldn?t wait! Left with no food and a refund! Shouldn?t be putting white lettuce onburgers! That?s substandard! Read more

Very very disappointed! We come to this particular location every Friday and I truly mean EVERY Friday...my kids love these... burgers and ff but today the ff where soggy and the burger patty was dry. I will think twice before coming back and spending$20. Disgusting! Read more
This is one of my favorites burger restaurants, I was there in 2014 at Culebra Rd. location, when they open up in San Antonio,... Texas, now I go to the one at: TPC & 281 N. I have lived here in San Antonio for five years now and I finally tried In-N-Out. This burger is simple, hot and good! The... fries are incredible, so crispy and hot with just the right amount of salt! I went through the drive through and was able towatch the employees preparing the food.
