We visited once right after this location opened, and it was fine. We visited again last week, and it was pretty abysmal. All of... the food tasted like it had been frozen and reheated in the microwave. We visited midweek for lunch, and there was plenty ofstaff on hand, so it wasn't like they were understaffed or overworked. The food was just extremely subpar. Our server alsodidn't seem to know what was going on. We had to repeat things over and over to be understood. We had one person with us who hasa vegan diet for health reasons, so we asked for specific items (hash browns, and various veggies that come in the omelet). Forsome reason the server kept talking about what was gluten-free on the menu even though we kept repeating that it was vegan orvegetarian that we needed. I got to say, the food at this local iHOP was quite good. My parents and I got to go there for my belated birthday breakfast. Us... three went there and were able to wait between 5 to 10 minutes before we got to have our seats. My choice of food as noticed inthe posted section was the spicy poblano, along with a side dish of three chocolate chip pancakes. The prices were affordableand it was quite good enough to enjoy in the process. Personally, the spicy poblano was SPICY itself with the right amount ofjalapeños and the chocolate drizzle on my pancakes. TASTY! My parents and I got an awesome server, who?s name is Emily, hasdone a great job. We three recommend her for a job well done. Heck, even the server staff did great! A five out of five forthis place. Our waitress Zoe was very friendly and attentive. Haven't had such wonderful service in a long time. And our food was great!... Hash browns and bacon nice a toasted, as requested. French toast and pancakes were delicious. Will be back. Read more
I love IHOP, so when this one opened, we decided to go for lunch, the service was terrible, our server was wearing a white... blouse that looked like a cow chewed it, she never came to refill our tea, the sandwiches were horrible, as you can tell, mysandwich looked like the avocado was thrown from a reused one, I asked for a plate of avocado to replace it, the tomatoes ????were so soggy and old looking, I took them off, we paid for onion rings to replace fries, I got 5, 2 large, 3 very small, myhusband got 4, the bacon on my sandwich was horrible, my turkey looked like it was just thrown on, my husband's BLT was alllettuce as you can see, it was mostly a lettuce sandwich, 2 very small pieces of bacon, we had to stand a couple of minutes toflag for the receipt, everyone was in a huddle by the kitchen, they couldn't even look our way. Will not return to this IHOP. Wealways give a generous tip, we know how hard working servers/waiters are, no tip this time!!! Read more
This location opened 3-22-2022. Any "reviews" prior to 3/22/2022 date are fake. (IE two others by a review spammer in the... area.) A promising start with a mix of experienced and new staff. Wait for food not bad during early church rush. Read more
OMG, I hope they can keep it up. If you like, IHOP come to this location. This location is like the way restaurants used to be.... People who care about actually wanting to do their job, also knowing that they are in a customer driven business. I was shockedwhen I was told that this location is short staffed; they seemed to be doing really well. The service was great, and the foodtime was awesome. This location is hands down so much better than any other in the area. And I am speaking pre-COVID19, too! Ido kinda of wish management would stop at the tables and interact with the customers. But I guess I am showing my age, and maybeplaces just don't really do that anymore. But in their defense, they were doing a lot, helping to keep things running smoothly. Read more
I visited the IHOP on Autry Pond for the first time, on its second day of being open. It was early in the morning, but we were... served quickly and in a friendly way. We ordered coffee and water which they brought us immediately, we ordered and our ordercame within 10 minutes. It was perfectly cooked, the bacon crispy, and everything in order. We paid with the server who did thecard fast, and we took around 35 minutes total. It was a pleasant experience, especially considering it just opened the previousday.
