The waitress was fine she was nice. The food has fallen all the way off. My daughter asked for their "New" Avacado Toast. It was... disgusting, the avocados were brown. She asked them to remake it and they were still brown. It was also so cold in there ucouldn't enjoy your meal. The kitchen was so loud having a inappropriate conversation everyone could here. Everything was great. Only thing was pancakes were served in a small plate and syrup fell off the sides of the plate onto the... table. I related to waitress but she didn't make no effort to clean it. I tried to clean as best as I could with napkins. Afterthe fact she asked if I wanted a larger plate. Food was good. Read more
Great $5 special promotion. As always fantastic coffee! Our waitress was extremely impersonal & obviously inexperienced. Asked... for my credit card before presenting my bill. Then when I pointed out the serious problem with that, she didn't even acknowledgeme. When I handed her the cash tip, she told me I could keep it! I left it on the table. She was incapable of takingfeedback....truly a fatal flaw that spoiled an otherwise good dining experience. Read more

Okay first of all Have u had their Turkey Bacon Melt???? It is super good. That was unexpected. This specific ihop can be a... little dirty looking i think just because of the colors they chose for the flooring ????but the servers are awesome. I see themclean the tables thoroughly I saw a server accommodate an elderly lady just because she didn?t want to sit across the kitchendoor and i thought that was really nice of her to do when it was really super busy that morning. We went on a whim to have lunch and celebrate my daughter?s birthday and let me tell you Natalie was our waitress and she was... absolutely AMAZING!! The drinks, food, and service were superb. The rest of the team also came out and sang happy birthday to mydaughter and even gave her a heart shape ring as a gift since it?s also Valentine?s Day weekend. we ordered at 12:06 AM and it is currently 12:31 AM. The hostess was kind enough to get our drink order and we received our... drinks within five minutes. We have not received our breakfast order yet. We were told that dinner meals were not an option.Then we overheard the line in the back stating that if they could let customers know not ordering dinner items. I am assumingbecause there are a handful of customers that would slow them down as breakfast items are easier to make. it would have beennice for them to let us know the real reason why they didn?t want to do dinner orders instead of mine and say that there are nodinners available. We tried to order a breakfast that comfort pot roast and they said that that was not available. our drinkshave not been refilled in five minutes we are still waiting. Read more
