Went there 3 days in a row and it did not disappoint. Extremely busy both days but the wait staff did an amazing job attending... to our needs, checking on our table, and giving us free refills. I hate that I am leaving this because my children LOVE IHOP. Alas; I paid $50 for mediocre food and the restaurant smelled like... sour dish water and generic toilet cleaner. I?m a musician- and I say that hoping to flash my street cred for diners and 24hour kitchens. It is in one of the nicest places in SA, the Rim and near the Dominion. Genuinely grossed out. My goal everymorning now is to make sure I make bfast so yummy so my children don?t ever have to ask to go there again. Sorry, not sorry! Dobetter, Neighbs! Read more
I don't normally do a combination or low rankings. But I do have to say a few things. First our waitress seemed really good,... then she never came back to check on food, refills drinks, or anything. One of the other staff refilled 1 drink. Then at theend, the waitress still had not returned, had to ask for a check and had to wait 15 mins for that. Given I had just driven forover 12 hours this was a horrible experience and will never eat there again due to staffing issues. Read more

the service is awful. took 30 minutes to just get our food plus another 39 to get the check. No place should take this long for... a check. This ihop will not be getting service from my family. The food is very undercooked and just not good.The silverware isdirty too. Read more
Our waitress Crystal made our visit extra pleasant: she was very nice, friendly, fast and was like a mind reader - brought extra... items even before I thought about them ???? The food was hot, fresh and tasty. I wanted a fresh Belgium style waffle with thechocolate chips - and it was made perfect! Nut n? grain pancakes are my forever favorite - fluffy and hot. Hash browns weredelicious and coffee tasted great. 4* for not friendly host and the manager and for not very clean tables, seats and clear boothseparators. Luckily, I?ve got a table and it was clean. Located in a nice area is the best thing I?m going to say about this place. Tables were dirty when being seated, and the... silverware was dirty as well. It seems like the staff serving does not care. Could not even get are orders right. We had to askfor are silverware my OJ was half full when requested. My wife 3 leches pancakes were cold like they forgot to make it and justgave her whatever was left over. On the bright side the weather was nice that day. Don?t go here unless u want bad service.
