My last experience here was great. Even when the place is full and the waiting list is long. You will still get great service... and customer service and enjoy a great meal. Steve was a great waiter and host. Even when busy he will always check to see ifyou will need any assistance. If you're in the neighborhood stop by as you will not regret it or waste your time. My visit to this location was nothing less of exquisite, the staff were very kind and welcoming. I feel like I?ve connected on a... very spiritual level with the kind staff we laughed, we ate, but most importantly we loved. my food was divine (as you can seein the photo) and I am so thank full I have come to this location. I am very sad to have to depart from this lovelyestablishment and I want to give great thanks to our lovely waiter tiago he was a swell fellow and made the whole experience 10times better. We received excellent service while dining in. Our food was at the right temperature when they brought it out and it was... delicious! I listened as the staff worked each table around me, and perfected a most respectable and professional attitudetowards every customer; table service was just what it should be in every restaurant. 2 eggs, 2 pancakes and bacon was delicious and hot. Also ordered the chicken and pancakes chicken was crispy and fresh. I'm... giving 4 stars for the slippery seemed dirty floor and the two dead flies on the windowsill. It wasn't busy when we got there9:30 am on Tuesday but by 10 am people kept coming in and you could see they were short staffed. Read more
Just left and we had the worst experience EVER!! We arrived at 7pm didn't get our drinks until almost 8. When we finally grew... impatient, I went searching for the waitress and all of them were sitting at a table in the back staring at their phones. Myhusband was starving so we decided to stay. ..bigger mistake. Our order had hair in it, all our pancakes were burned!! Theomelets only has cheese on top, and we're over cooked. We sat there without silverware, and needing refills on our drinks. Whenwe complained to a manager she gave us a discount but nothing would ever be enough to convince me to return to this location. I can't deny I was more than a bit disappointed and frustrated with the way my family and I were taken care of, this particular... night. I am a local to this community and establishment, this is my preferred choice compared to the other location on HotWells. I understand due to the holidays, the place was almost, if not completely, dead; with one host/server. Not to mention thelonely cook that took an hour to prepare my family and I, our meals. I speak from experience when I say, CUSTOMERS COME FIRST.So if 'IHOP' has to pay their employees holiday pay for working on holidays, why not keep it staffed to keep customers happy,and therefore bring in more revenue??
