We went at 9pm, it was not very busy. The service was great. The waiter is very attentive. I order the philly steak sandwich. ... The food was good, just a preference to have the bread toasted a bit more. My Sweetie had a turkey sandwich that he stated wasgood, and of course he LOVES all fries. ???? I?ve come to this location a few times and usually get the chicken fajita omelette. It?s been good each time and the service I... have received each time was great as well. I have heard some complaints about the service depending on the waitress/waiter butI?ve never experienced anything like that. I give it three stars only because, I was there about 10-15 min and the person who actually acknowledged that I was there was... the person who seated me and she was really friendly and sweet. I would of understood if it was busy but it was not at allduring that time I was there. It was me and three other tables. A young Lady looked at me turned her head and walked away,another young lady walked right pass me and didn't even acknowledged that I was there. They need to learn to acknowledged therecustomers and at least let them know that someone will be there to help shortly, say something anything even if it's a simplegreeting. Read more

Been coming here for breakfast lately. The food is always good and tasty. The first 3 visits we had a great waiter/ waitress..... really loved and enjoyed their service. But this last unfortunately we didn't get the same service we been getting. The waiterjust seemed like he didn't want to work.. just the way he talked seemed like he was either tired of being there or just idk. Hedidn't let the person I was with order a drink. I had asked for a sweet tea, and just ended up saying okay 2 sweet teas.Basically ordered for the other person's drink. When the food was brought, we asked for the syrup and other condiments and itjust seemed to annoy him. He forgot the pepper and we asked for it again.. let just say he either forgot or just didn't want tobring it to us. So I ended up getting up and getting some. I had finished my sweet tea asked for another and he brings me two??I don't know why.. overall we love the good and the service is almost always great but this day was just blahh.. oh and wewaited like a extra 10 minutes by the exit waiting to pay... Food was good but service was awful. Hostess was rude we were splitting the bill and cashier (manager) Seemed to have no... patience. I understand the shortage on employees but if you don?t like your job do not work in the service industry. The placehad very few occupied tables when we went. Read more
This was the worse experience we have had in a very long time. It started with our server being uneducated on the various... coupons available on line during certain times and situations. We were able to order but when it was time to pay, the waitresswas unable to figure out how to add our 20% coupon. She referred us to the manager... That was a big fiasco due to the attitudeand position of the manager. By the time we left we were treated very disrespectfully, we were made fun of, we were calledderogatory insults and we were made to feel inferior to someone because she feels that due to her carrying a title of manager,that she can treat and talk to people, (not just because we were customers) but because we were people with dignity forourselves, that she can treat and talk to us however she likes in front of her staff & other customers. That is wrong on so manylevels. Sad and pitiful that she has to use her position to attempt to treat people inferior, which I must say is due to her ownlack of dignity and lack of self-awareness. ****(A person treats people in a negative way in part due to their own insufficientfeelings for themselves.)**** Needless to say we will not ever be going back to that particular restaurant. This lady managerhas no respect for the disabled nor customers nor employees. She is a sad example of what not to do when you have a title.***There's a difference and it shows when someone is doing a job to simply pay their bills vs someone doing a service because ofhow they enjoy providing said service. It shows within your morals, ethics and values.... Providing customer service is a skilland she clearly displayed her dysfunctional abilities. Read more
