PRO: Staff were incredibly nice, prompt and attentive! Despite it being very busy, they maintained a professional demeanor. When... I got there, a customer was shouting at the front desk girl about his takeout order. He asked for the manager and when shearrived, she tried very politely but unsuccessfully to offer him something in return for his dissatisfaction. She wasunflappable. Pancakes were, as you would hope at a pancake house, fairly on point. CON: My omelet was...interesting. the ideaof a "fluffy" omelet apparently does not exist in the mind of the cook. Awesome I hadn't been there in while. The food and service was awesome. Should try the new blueberries French toast yum.
We had a great experience. Place was packed but wait time was short. Food was great and service was good.
