Good selection of food, friendly staff. They let you stuff 2 bowls of food to grill (even though the sign says one bowl at a... time). I recommend more sauce than the sign says. Fairly clean. The only thing that could make it better is having sauceavailable at the table, the place we used to go to out of state had delicious hoisin-type sauce to add after cooking. Come hungry, leave full. It's a "make your own bowl" kinda place. You select what you want and they grill it right there for... you. They also offer drinks, desserts, and appetizers. You can fill your bowl as many times as you like (fresh bowl each time,please) but you cannot have a "doggie bag". I found it a nice place for lunch and will probably make it a regular restaurant tovisit. Read more
Rating this location a two simply because of price and food poisoning. I do not remember the cost of lunch being that high... almost three years ago which was the last time my family and I ate here. Also I?m certain the food was undercooked. The cooksdidn?t mix the food well so everything could be cooked evenly. However, the waitress was sweet and attentive. The place was really cool! This was our first time in this restaurant while it's my first time to have this kind of setup. The... place was big but I think if there will be more customers (30+ at the same time going to), the buffet area isn't ideal. Thetaste of your food will really depends on how you mix and match. There was a guideline booth for you to know what to mix forspecific menu. It's helpful but found out late. The buffet has a lot of choices from veggies, meat, carbs to sauces. You canbring cash to give some tip to people who cook in front of you. The food itself was good, the one that I mixed, again it willbe depends on your mixed sauces and veggies and meat. Read more
I liked the flavor and the variety. It?s way better than Ghengis. There is for sure a huge variety of sauces. I take one star... away because when I went to the noodles, they seemed frozen. Like they freeze the whole tray. It was the bottom of the tray, somaybe they froze from the ice below. Anyway, for sure will eat here again. Plus, it?s all you can eat. Read more
Amazing service! I have a food allergy and they were so accommodating. It was great to be able to go somewhere and not get an... eye roll or be told ?we can?t do anything about that?. Our server we was very sweet and informed us how the cooks would takespecial care. The cooks cleaned before, cooked my food separately and cooked everyone else?s food a bit away from mine. Bothcooks were so quick to ensure that I had no issues. The food was great! Egg rolls were delicious, the rice was so fluffy, andthe variety of sauce choices was overwhelming (in a great way)!!! We came here for the first time today September 1st and had lunch. The food and service was pretty good. The guys on the grill... were amazing! They way they handled the spatulas and how coordinated with each other was impressive! I'm sure we will be backagain. Read more
