It's always a fun place to go eat. I have been coming here so long that my kids ask to come here on there own now. Our... waitress was great eventhough she was extremely busy. 5 Minute wait - 10 Minute wait - 30 Minutes smh !! The place wasn't even to packed I was seated right away and waitress came to... take our drink order and ordered appetizers I felt they all came out in a timely manner well that was it -- never saw ourwaitress again to order food and was sitting there wanting to order another beer and some dinner - Got up went to the bar andwas told we couldn't order beers/food thr her had to order thru our waitress we expressed to her waitress never came back and wehaven't ordered food I told her I could pay her separate still no - went back to the table and still no waitress - I got fed upand consulted management and cashed out - I really should have walked out - as it is hooters has a drink limit of abt 2 talldrinks a person and a small one - this just put it over the top for me I gave hooters another chance to have been disappointed-sending an email to corporate Read more
The ONLY bright light to this service was our beautiful server Angie, who was very friendly, nice and had good service. Other... than that this experience left us not wanting to return to hooters for a very very very long time. We came last Saturday nightaround 11 pm for our family reunion. Half of us sat down and half got the food to go. By the time 6 of us ordered and finished/paid the other 6 didn?t even get all their food in that time. That?s over an hour of sitting and waiting at the bar for to-goorders. Apparently they forgot items and had to recook some items but over an hour and 30 minutes wait in restaurant for to-goorder is ridiculous. They were better off sitting down and eating with us if they knew the orders would get so messed up. I eatat hooters pretty often since there is once located nearby at the Mall Of America. So I am pretty used to quality food fromHooters, this location on the Riverwalk was barely edible however. The people who order the chicken tenders didn?t finish theirmeals. I didn?t finish my chicken sandwich and the fries were so bland and tasteless even my one year old son wouldn?t eat them( he never turns down fries). So between the long wait time/ messed up orders for our family who got to-go meals, to ourmediocre barely edible food. Such a sour taste left in our mouth from this experience that it might be years before we go toanother Hooters. Normally I don?t review a restaurant if I don?t find it very appealing. First of all the food here as always is great! And when... I frequent the Hooters on 151 on the West Side I have great service. The waitress isn?t too bad , but it took a few minutes forme to get seated in a pretty much empty restaurant, and when I was seated I seen the reason why, all the waitresses were sittingand talking with who I believe is the manager. So I am a strong believer in Good management, I noticed the time that I was therethat many patrons had to wait to be seated . It seems like a management issue to me. Any other Hooters I have been to isn?tlike this one. The waitresses are very attentive and usually there?s no wait to be seated., even when there is a packed house. Could just be a fluke not really sure? In the future I think I?ll steer clear of the one at the River Center Mall and stick tothe one on the West Side! Read more
I ordered from here and my food was not only extremely late(about an hour) but they forgot our curly fries, gave us no... condiments, no sauce for the wings, we were missing 2-3 wings(also, idk why these wings were breaded), no lemon or butter forour seafood, we got soggy fried pickles with no ranch. I called & spoke to Rey/Ray & he couldn't refund me, but offered to re-domy order. Why would I want to re-order after TERRIBLE service the first time for a $75 tab? Plus the fact that it was alreadylate & we were starving at that point so we ordered pizza that took less than 40 minutes. Read more

Horrible service, waited over an hour to be seated with family, when it was our time to be seated my party was split. When... raising the concern with waitress we were told that it is hooters policy not to put tables together because it is too muchtrouble. As we were leaving they had multiple tables put together for other parties. When discussing with manager on duty, heproceed to argue stating the parties were not together and they too had waited an hour. Could not believe manager would try toargue out of the fact that 6 to 8 tables were clearly together for other parties. He insisted the tables that were togetherwere split parties and they also waited an hour. Going in circles with manager I asked for corporate office. His attitudeslightly changed, stated if we would have asked to speak to him earlier he could have made things happen. Very frustratingbecause we spoke on it with our waitress and she did not have him follow up. Forget the fact that it took over another hour andhalf to get food. place was not very busy when we initially arrived, the Restraunt was less than half full.
