The food was very good, but the service was horrible. I asked for a manager to come to my table to discuss the service and no... one ever came. I put my information on my receipt to call and never received a call. I then proceeded to the front and found themanager where I was told I would be refunded my meal and the refund never happened. The waiter never came to get refills for myfamily and had to wait over 30 minutes to get my check. The restaurant was not busy, but the waiter was more concerned about atable of equal size. Meh all around. Food was bland, service was kind of lazy and the simulator bay is so inaccurate that it wasn?t really fun for... our group of 4. $75 bay charge for an hour of inaccuracy. Read more
While this restaurant is at a great resort that has treated us to a great experience, I can not say the same about this... restaurant (sports bar). Me and my family decided to have dinner here as it was college football Saturday. When we got sat thegame we were wanting to watching was on, the waiter was super friendly and not an issue. However after 5minutes being at ourtable the game was changed to baseball, it was no big deal I asked the waiter if we could get our tv changed back, he went backtalked to whoever he needed to and said sure thing, just give my manager a minute and it?ll be back. After 20 minutes andwatching the tv getting changed to a Channel about wine, another channel with wheel of fortune and a third channel of baseballagain; the waiter came over and proceeded to tell us ?yeah I?m really sorry but my manager just isn?t gonna get it back on?. Atthat point we decided to just pay and take it to go back to our room and watch the game. Read more
Food, meh. Service varied, sometimes we got stuff quickly, sometimes it took 30 minutes. Husband brought me a veggie burger. It... arrived with no black bean and corn salsa. So effectively I had avocado toast with a beyond pattie, served with a side of oversalty fries. So overall, it's mediocre at best. Given the choice, I'll eat at Rivertop for the remainder of my stay - food andservice was much better. Read more
Updated review. They no longer have the brisket nachos. What a downer. Service on the second visit was very slow. The food was... good with the exception of the fried pickles which are cooked and served with fried jalapeños. Asked for regular ranch andnever got it. The brisket nachos are extremely good! Fried picked were not bad. Loved the wings, burgers and fries. Staff wasvery friendly. Read more
Nice little bar restaurant in the jw marriot. Service was a bit slow with the drinks at the bar, but that hot chicken sandwich... was really well done. Super crispy, flavorful with just enough spice. Great chicken sandwich. Read more
This is a sports bar that is in the JW Marriott, amazing food for the price. My wife and I ordered the classic nachos and it was... so big we could not even come close to finishing it. Prices are not bad and the atmosphere was pleasant. I would come for anice weekend snack or lunch just as we did. You do not have to stay at the hotel in order to eat here. Read more
Amazing food, selection, price and wait staff. Perfect family selection and their burgers, I mean wow. Love this place.
