Food and service were great but Hard Rock has a smallish menu of basic American food, it needs something that makes special and... not just the name. Located in the heart of the Riverwalk, it is a good experience and its the strong point. If you intend tohave dinner before 8, make a reservation and take the opportunity to visit the surroundings. As with any Hard Rock Cafe half the price is the experience, and the experience here is the River Walk, meaning this is set in a... breathtaking location. Good ood great waiter. But poor service on the order. In the kitchen. Just because you are short handed. Is not A excuse ... to. Have. Customers waiting 40 min. After 1 hour. And 20 min wait. To get seated. There is no excuse for. Customers waiting. The have them waiting for there food again. But. Everyone else and. The food was good. But. Because you areshort handed. Is not ok. These people know how to serve customers. Even though the place was packed, we didn't have to wait to be seated. The host... treated us like she knew us and set a great vibe. Delicious and refreshing drinks. I'm not one to eat hamburgers in restaurants,but the photos on the menu tempted me and it was no exception! They were delicious and juicy. In taste, they were perfect. Ourwaitress had to leave the shift, but she left us with an excellent waiter who took care of us on another level! The only thingmissing was for the waiter to literally sit with us! Excellent training given to the staff of this place! And of course I willvisit them again! Read more
Food is amazing! They were super quick to seat us, every where else we went they had o er a 2 hour wait. Their alcohol drinks... are really good, not to strong but strong enough. Definitely will be back. Read more
Good basic American food. Loved the music that was played. There was a little bit of a wait to get seated, but it wasn’t... terrible. The Mac and cheese was AMAZING. We got it with extra cheese and bacon. It was just so darn good, I’m still thinkingabout it. The waitress was really nice and didn’t write anything down and still remembered everything … she just keptcalling us “my love” and it got a little old after a while. The service was pretty quick.
