Awful! We went here once about two months ago and had a horrible experience but we decided to give it a second chance just... because we thought maybe the employees were having a bad day but turns out the manager?s attitude is just way worse! When youwalk in the employees dont seem to care. One of them even had earbuds on! How is he supposed to attend customers with earphoneson? We asked the manager questions about sampling some of the flavors which she refused and blamed it on ?corporation? and said?not all franchises are the same? ? that?s totally nonsense? well, I hope they improve? they got a perfect location, yet they?rethe worst store I?ve been to so far. It is the most horrible experience I have had in a Haagen-Dazs starting with the employees and the manager has a very bad... attitude towards customers. I asked the manager if I could use my app for rewars and she told me that they didn't have that andI asked her if she could give me a discount because I have my discount card and she told me that neither, I asked if I could tryan ice cream and she told me no too, I decided not to buy anything and I left the Shop with the desire to eat an ice cream, I donot recommend this location and I will never return. It's a great place to come and buy some ice cream and take it away because there's really no seating. Did I mention that there... is no seating at this place? There's plenty of standing, especially outside. Grab an ice cream and go is what I suggest becausethere is no seating. Did I tell you there is no seating? I mean no seating at this place at all. It?s a must stop by for us whenever we go to San Antonio or drive close by. Ice-cream and cones are always fresh and delicious!
Great ice creams. Absolutely delicious!! One suggestion, can have multiple cup carriers for ease of customers.
If I could I would give zero or negative stars if possible. Manager and staff is really rude. Menu says $6 for cup or cones. we... got ice creams with cone. They charged me extra, upon asking why, manager stepped into the conversation and said we don?t havethe regular cones and they gave me the waffle cone. I didn?t ask for the waffle cone. I said if you guys are out then it?s notmy fault and you shouldn?t charge me extra for using waffle cones as a substitute or either should say the item not available onthe menu board. Manager said take it or leave it, it is what it is. Our family will never go back here again. If you wanna getdisrespected and get pathetic customer service then go there, the staff if willing to loose the customers for few cents.Pathetic business place, I highly recommended to avoid this establishment. Brought the family for ice cream and shakes. The couldn't make shakes and had no toppings because they were just opening up.... Maybe if they prepared the shop before opening they could cater to customers, especially since they had been open for over anhour already. Read more
If I could give negative stars, I would do so. Went there with family and friends - 6 people in total - spent more than $60;... then asked for an empty cup and spoon for my 20 months year old baby girl - as she does not eat a whole scoop but wanted not tobe excluded and was told that I could "buy and empty cup". When complaining, management was extremely rude and claimed thatthere were "liability issues" - laughable - they would not have an issue if the little one would have had a scoop... Quality ofice cream was not justifying the price. Very mediocre. Thankfully we have Blue Bells in Texas - will avoid Haagen-Dasz at anycost - both ice cream shops and brand in super market - due to that horrible experience. Advise to Haagen-Dasz: Learn to treatyour customers respectfully and appreciate that asking for an empty cup after spending a significant amount of money would notbreak your shop! Read more
