Today I had the worst experience I ordered chicharron crujiente it had an awful taste seemed like old grease and the chicharron... was just crumbs I showed the cashier how it was and she didn't even know what it was until I told her it was supposed to bechicharron and she said that's all they had, she didn't offer me a refund or exchange for another one I threw it in the trashand left very upset Read more
I’d give 5 stars because I love the food a lot but there is one employee at this location (San Pedro) that is super rude. The... times I’ve gone she has been insufferable and with no excuse as she usually jumps at people who did nothing to her in thefirst place. She always gives me dirty looks for ordering bigger orders and flour gorditas. It’s her job, if she doesn’tlike the workload she can leave, people even tip them when they shouldn’t because of her. Today enough was enough, I had tocome on here and write this in hopes the owners see this and train their employees better or fire this woman. She looked mad atme when I ordered flour, and I overheard her complain loudly to her coworkers about having to make flour, then when my ordercame out she knew it was mine because I was waiting in front of the counter and she knew I had ordered just flour Gorditas, sheyelled my order looked around and threw it at me. Literally, grabbed the bag the box was in, swung it from the top, and threw iton to the counter, it slid to the edge and I just grabbed it. She never made eye contact with me and she quickly walked away.That is unacceptable. She could literally mess up peoples food, when I opened the box once I got home my gorditas were all overthe place and mixed with one another. I genuinely love this place and the gorditas are delicious, but something needs to be doneabout this lady. The food was really good but employees were super rude. I stood in front of the register waiting because the girl was in the... back talking to the guy and then we got our food fairly quick and then later when my boyfriend went up to ask for a Togocontainer the girl just said no and walked away back with the guy even though they had a bunch of containers there. I’ve neverhad a problem here or anywhere else really but this night was just different and it really made me mad because there was noreason for her rudeness when it wasn’t even busy. Read more
I have visiting this place for some time, good gorditas then, not now. I can not recommend them anymore. I used the restroom and... saw GRAFFITI on door, I would fire the person, responsible of the cleaning-maintenance crew, if I would be the owner... Goodluck!! Read more

The gorditas are good. Real good. The self serve salsa stations are appreciated. I do wish they had a better selection for... parents of picky eaters. They don't have rice and the fideo didn't look like the picture. Seemed to have less noodles thandepicted which was unexpected. All in all, it was a fairly decent dining experience which we used our Book of Free coupon onand will likely dine there again. Read more
