This is one of the best fast food places in the area. Food is pretty good. It's usually much cleaner than other fast food... restaurants. It's ice cream machine actually works. Staff is also very professional and will sometimes bring your food to thetable if it's not immediately ready. Read more

Went through the drive thru at 9:15 pm on 8/8/22. Didn't get the employee's name. But omg. This young gentleman had to be one of... the nicest drive thru employees I have ever met. He was on point with the order, had a friendly smile, and some of the bestmanners ever. And the food was hot and perfect. Employees like him deserve a raise. Definitely will be back. Read more
As many times I been here y'all are top notch with perfection till my recent order tonight I see that the employees are in... stress mode and seeing a manager being heavy on them focusing on quantity and not quality I have gotten a chicken burger outerlayer was cooked but not the center it was medium rare chewy and gooey an sticking to each other like a booger web called theplace and I was told they will let the manager know and will contact me when they can since there busy I respect that but now Ijust gotta hope I don't get food poisoning tonight and the way it's going at the place right now there's a high chance thatother products are not fully cooked and putting y'all business at risk hopefully I will be contacted shortly if anything but ifnot I will be contacting the head quarters Read more
Chicken strips-cooked lightly crispy minus any oil. Okra tasty and mashed potatoes tasted like real potatoes.

Usually Golden Chick is pretty good, but after the experience I just had I will not return. I ordered coleslaw, as a side dish... because I had food already and I?m halfway done with my coleslaw and its hair inside of it. I call to let the manager know andhe just shrugs it off and says ?We will look at the rest of it? and ?Thanks for letting us know?. That is not the response I wasexpecting, I would?ve at least appreciated a refund or some sort of an apology. Make sure you check the rest of your sides tomake sure no hair is inside of it. Read more
