Let me start by saying the food was ok. I used the inside to order my 25 strip family meal and it was relatively fast and... courteous. When the order came out I asked for 2 bbq sauce and was told I'd have to pay for them.......huh?!?!? I just spent 60bucks on all this chicken and i can't get 2 bbq without a charge???? The corporate structure needs better training and policybecause I will not be going back and spending MY money . Also , the rotisserie chicken , 3 very small dainty pieces came to 7bucks. Got the 8pc mixed family meal was told that it was a 6min wait on chicken ok fine no problem. Only to be told later that all... the dark meat is gone and now I have to wait another 15min for the dark chicken so now my white meat and sides are all cold. We visited last night, the young gentleman who assisted us in the drive through was awesome! His customer service was... outstanding even at 930pm and to hear he had been there since 8am. Wow! I was impressed. I didn't catch his name my husband evenmentioned how great his service was. Typically Drive through service especially late in the evening is usually not the best butby far this was the best experience I had outside of Chick fil a in long time from a fast food restaurant. I hope his boss seesthis and takes time to acknowledge this team member. If I had any open positions at my job I would have slipped him a businesscard, but will keep him in mind for future openings lol. This was our first visit and we'll be back for more. We were unfamiliar with the menu and our order taker was very patient and... polite while we figured out what we wanted. At the window they were kind even when we added one more thing. Our order was out ina reasonable time, was correct, and fresh. Now the chicken tenders were amazing. Flaky crispy, battered, juicy tender meat, ithit the spot! I can't say I've had better fried chicken anywhere else. Read more
I actually was excited to try the Nashville Hot Chicken. It was NOT edible at all!!! It had a ridiculous amount of... salt/seasoning. If you value your health and want to avoid high blood pressure...stay away from this sandwich....I'm not sureif that's how it was supposed to be or if there's an issue with whomever prepared this food. ???? Went in and picked up family combo with extra sides and was missing sides and chicken and a large gravy. When telling the people... inside they asked me to bring the bag in cause they did not believe me. As I was walking in I heard the woman say I was a liarshe put everything in the bag herself. Once I pulled everything out of bag she got quite. I said nothing as the proof was infront of them. Nothing to be said except I wanted what I paid for. They gave me the sides but was only filled half way.Horrible customer service experience. Must be the area or what managers tolerate but I won?t. Thanks but no thanks. Read more
Hands down, Golden Chick is my favorite chicken shack with wide variety of flavors. I like to get the family meal, with half... crispy and the other half is usually rotisserie. mmmmm Read more
Tenders never a dissatisfaction. I enjoy the catfish but the spice may have changed or it was an off day. I will go back.
