GM was sitting down.. other shift members were working..but with no enthusiasm..no smile no welcoming friendliness. Cashier was... out of change and expected me to walk away with what ever she gave me. Was not aware that the free ice cream was for diningroom only. I just got home with my order and I?m on a lunch break, limited for time. And i realize instead of the family green beans I... ordered, they rang me up for and gave me a family gravy instead. All the meals I ordered come with gravy. I didn?t need extragravy. I called and told them about what happened, gave my ticket number, and they told me they rang me up for a gravy. Iunderstand that, but that?s not what I ordered. I asked if they could just refund the $2 back to my card for their mistake,because I can?t come back because I?m on a lunch break. She asked if i could just come back later to exchange it for the greenbeans. I don?t want to eat green beans by themselves later, and I?d just like a refund. They told me they can?t refund it unlessI come back and give back the gravy. I thought that was ridiculous. I?ll give grace to the man who took my order, because hesaid he?s only been there 2 weeks. Well I ordered on line and it wasn't ready first shift leader was rude with me then manager raised his voice to me saying he was... short handed and didn't appreciate my attitude. Everything was good ???????? the chicken strips weren't dry at all. The gravy was peppery but in a Good way!?? and the fried... fish was good as well. Seriously disappointed. Ordered online so it would be a quick pick up. Went inside to pick up my order....family size coleslaw... was only filled 1/2 way and our rolls were missing. Got home and this is what they are calling chicken tenders (see picture).Ordered 16 tenders and nearly half were these tiny less than 2 inch long skinny nuggets of chicken. I've never seen such pitifulchicken tenders! We will be driving a bit further to Cane's where you are served a full size chicken tender. Customer servicewas terrible and no attempt to remedy. If you buy from this location make sure you check your oder before leaving the drive thru. I ordered a 16 piece chicke. Strip... family meal with 1 family mashed potatoes side and 4 rolls. I added an extra family potato and extra gravy and 4 extra rolls. Igot home.. no potatoes. Every single container was filled with gravy! Read more
