Been here numerous times. Food is always a hit or miss. Yesterday, went through drive through and my gravy was forgotten.... Usually not a big deal. Except when I had my daughter go inside with receipt to get gravy. They try making her look stupid. Theygo no, it's in there. Yall have to look under the tenders. So when she comes and tells me. I figure they must have run out offamily size and gave us small ones. So I look under the 16tenders. Nothing. She goes back in with the food and says there is nogravy... finally she got the gravy. My 13 year old stated. They must have been judging me because the way I was dress. She feltdiscriminated. She was in her relax clothes after getting out of her uniform from school. And was in slippers. She wasupset... Employees need to be trained to better assist with missing items. Read more
They need better management. They never get the orders correct and the quality of the food is always bad. 3x I have asked for NO... SPICE on the tenders and they keep adding the spicey powder. Not even distributed evenly, nope, they just dump it in one spot. Read more
