Made me want to throw a party for no reason! Let me explain. My husband and I enjoyed it so much... from the food, to the... atmosphere, to the customer service, the location, the hours, the price, all of it... our immediate thought was we need to sharethis place with our family and friends. I told him at the table, "We should have them cater." He replied, "Cater what?" to whichI said, "Anything!". Another great reason to come back... portions are huge, menu is long, gives you a reason to come back andtry something new! Read more

Really cool tacos! Unique and interesting flavor combinations. The service is quick and the environment was clean. Update after... about a year and many visits: Still a great taco spot. My favorite is the sweet Caroline. I highly recommend! Read more

First impressions not great. I just started working as a security guard at a near by dealership and noticed a restaurant I never... seen before. Watching how busy they got at about 3 am I decided to try it myself. To my surprise they were offering barbacoatacos which I had been craving good barbacoa. Idk how good they?re intercoms are (looked like a new building so I doubt theywere bad) but apparently they didn?t hear me clear enough. I ordered 1 bacon an egg, 1 potato an egg, 1 carne guisada w/ cheese,1 barbacoa, and banana pudding. When I got to the window and they repeated my order it was missing the barbacoa and pudding. 4tacos and a small what looks like 8oz bowl of pudding came out to 19.53. Seeming a little high I check the receipt and to mysurprise I was charged 5.79+.69 for a classic guisada .69 adding cheese. All this taco had different than what I was expectingwas guacamole. The original taco I asked for was 3.99 which was still too much for 1 taco. I didn?t want guacamole. Read more

So, this is my first visit to Fuego. I didn't realize it's literally a taco place. I was expecting a traditional plate of... Mexican/TexMex/Southwestern food. My friend had 2 carne guisada tacos, one w cheese, one w avocado slices. I had El Presidentewhich had chargrilled chicken, fried avocado, smoked bacon, lots of pico de gallo and chipotle ranch dressing. It was wonderfuland large enough to be a meal. They do not skimp on ingredients here. We shared a large chips and queso which was more thanenough for 2. The queso was silky smooth, not too spicy hot, not too mild. So I took a pic of my taco but I had already eatenhalf so I won't post it. Posted here is a carne guisada w cheese taco and chips and queso. O, yes, and the tortillas are reallygood, excellent texture, not too thick. Great service, order at the counter and they bring to the table. Check it out! Read more
