A friend told us that we should try this place out if we enjoyed Chipotle and Moe?s. This place was a lot like them and we... enjoyed our food. Everything was very fresh. Freebirds used to be unique and full of character. Then Tavistock bought it and now it has no character and is just a bad... Chipotle clone. Stood in line 4 times longer when twice the number of people were working, the menu is overpriced and severelylimited compared to a few years ago, and the interiors have been stripped of all the foil sculptures and exposed brick in favorof bland generic interiors. The employees were also not friendly and, as I already said, slower than molasses. Sad that a greatrestaurant is just so terrible nowadays. Read more

Really great customer service. We are on low carb and Darion chatted with us with some suggestions and also came up to see how... we liked the cauliflower rice (since we?ve never had it) and I just thought he was super nice. The portion sizes are just horrible. I will not be spending my money here ever again nor will I recommend it to friends or... family. Almost $40 wasted since I was using door dash. Each bowl was $13.35. we got 2 of the bowls. biggest waste of money ever. Read more
