AVOID IF YOU ARE ON A TIME CRUNCH! This place is so incredibly slow. Then when you do finally get your order, it?s almost... always wrong. I placed a carry out order 32 minutes ago. The app told me 10-15 minutes. I tried getting my order after 15minutes and they told me it will be another 10 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous! I get that places are understaffed but thereisn?t anyone in the restaurant and there?s only 4 cars in the drive thru. This place is NOT worth it. Read more

The food was decent. But I waited for at least 10 minutes for my plain bacon and cheese burger and they didn't even put bacon! I... worked in food for like 7 years, it's not that hard to remember but clearly they didn't care. I was shorted a hamburger on an easy 3 burger order. The order was repeated back perfectly at the speaker. Drinks were given and... CC processed just fine for 2 combos and a steak burger, but the bag was missing a steak burger. I called the store 4 times withno answer except for a generic recording, so I left a message with my name and number. I am still waiting to hear back fromstaff or manager. Delicious and fresh! I would recommend everything we've ever gotten from Freddy's. Custard is delightful, but the burgers are... to die for. This location specifically had amazing service. The gentleman helped make my burger perfect by suggesting anaddition. The fried pickles are great. Fry sauce is delicious. Read more
