This was my first visit to Freddys steakhouse burgers, and the customer service. I received here at this location was very... professional and courteous to my family and me. Absolutely filthy inside. The floors has spilled soda and multiple booths were covered with trash and sticky residue. The... bathroom was equally dirty. It makes me wonder if the kitchen is this unsanitary as well. I won?t be back. Read more

This was by far the dirtiest Freddy's I have ever been to in my life. We usually sit at a booth when we go, but every single one... was dirty. There was a puddle on the floor from a spilled drink, 2 employees made sure to avoid it going to the restroom butneither cleaned it up. When we left there was 1 other customer left in the restaurant and 1 vehicle in the drive through whilethe 5 employees I could see and count where busy joking around istead of emptying the overflowing trashcan or even refilling thenapkins. We will never be returning to this Freddy's take the extra 7 minutes and go to the one at the rim, IMO. If I were ableto post the pictures I took I would. Read more

This place took me back to Sonic 35 yrs ago!!! Absolutely delicious food. Extremely thorough, well mannered, and helpful... employees. They were extremly fast getting our food to us. Matter of fact we ate at Freddy's for the first time ever on Fridayevening. We had to go back Sunday evening too! Couldn't stop thinking about it! We got concretes, which are their frozen custard with mix-ins. Mine was a PB&C, my husband's was a Chocolate Brownie Delight.... This was my first concrete, or indeed any of their frozen custard desserts. Wow! The custard stands on its own, and next time -and there WILL be a next time - I'll get some by itself. It's wonderful. It's different to either ice cream or frozen yogurt,and worth seeking out. It's a creamier mouth feel than even high end ice cream. However they do it, I'm a fan! Read more

2 stars in order to get my son a larger drink with the kids meal I have to buy an adult combo? Even though it?s just the... drink! This is why I give only 2 stars. By the way I I found out in the process that the kids meal is the same size as thesingle burger just a smaller drink. However, the price jumps from 5.30 to 7.30 the only difference is the drink size. Food isstill the same size. Moral of the story buy a kids meal for your kids and yourself and just drink water save some money?. Imean I?m 12 years old at heart. Read more
