First time here. Ordered a double meat with everything on it. The crew got my order wrong. I was given a double meat with bacon... and nothing else. No mustard or vegetables. Freddy's is one of our favorite places to treat ourselves to a tasty treat when we feel the desire! Love their frozed custard... sundaes (I'd recommend the classic Turtle) and the #4 Patty Melt meal is our favorite! They do patty melts in the traditionalall-American diner style on toasted rye with grilled onions and Swiss cheese! Yummm. My kids love Freddy?s. Went for an early dinner and got off to dine in. Restaurant was super clean, the restrooms were very... clean. The food was delicious but it was extra good seeing how clean everything was. Very happy with this location. I recommendit! Read more

How is this place still in business??? Ordered chilli cheese fries w/onions...GUESS WHAT! NO ONIONS!! Why do they even ask if... you want onions if they're not going to put any. This has happened on several occasions. I'm convinced they do not have choppedonions, so they should probably remove that verbiage from their script. Food was likewarm, and I had way more lukewarm chilithan fries. The drive thru area is very run down and dirty. I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like, I'f they dont careof the outside. *Long wait in drive thru but it was sunday so no negative stars there. -(*) Drive thru wasn't friendly , forgot my... marinara sauce. -(***) Drove from Moore TX for cheese curds and not only did they go up like $3 so almost $9 for "Large"cheese curds. Maybe it was Location I went less then a month ago to Joe malts burger Location they where like $5.change. -(*)cheese curds tasted like FRYER OIL TASTED NASTY LIKE 2 OR 3 DAYS PAST Cleaning. Very disappointed I will drive the extra milesto another location. Delicious at other locations so don't get me wrong just different Location. Read more

Update: April 26th, We've been here multiple times recently and all because everything has greatly improved! The food quality is... now great, the place is very clean and the staff is friendly. I believe this is because of the new manager who has done a greatjob. I will now increase my rating from 3 to 5 stars. We came here for dinner tonight, October 9th. The place had only onecustomer, obviously not busy and every long table booth was disgusting. Food and drink residue everywhere. We used the one thatwas the least dirty, but unsatisfactory. Some crew member should have cleaned the tables and seats. They had plenty of time withonly one customer. There were no napkins, ketchup or Freddy's Sauce anywhere. We had to ask for everything. I noticed a hugepuddle of water on the floor by the Frozen Custard Freezer that was close to the register and went back to where they make icecream cups and cones. I pointed it out to the girl behind the counter and she mentioned to the girl next to her. She said, yesshe knew about it and has been cleaning it up all day. This is a huge safety risk to customers and workers. Anyone can slip andfall. I hope they tell the manager so they can get it fixed. As for the food, it was ok to decent. Not great, but we may comeback. Hopefully by then the tables will be clean and condiments will be available. Read more
