Stipped in to buy a $12 hamburger and $5 small fry. Waited at the front of the counter for five minutes before anyone took my... order. My daughter ordered on line and it put her order to a different location so it took longer to get there. The staff took it upon... themselves to make her fresh fries when she walked in. I found that was very nice of them to do. She didn't even tell them whathad happened they just did it for her. To me that is great customer service. She enjoyed the burger and fresh fries. Read more
Really enjoyed the burger, lots of toppings to choose from. They are definitely not stingy with the fries. Enjoy peanuts while... you wait. Expect to spend at least $15-20 per person. This location was really kept clean and the staff was nice. Read more

Small burgers, was cooked efficiently, toppings were okay, very greasy, lacking in flavor,, almost immediately after went to the... restroom because it was so greasy. Service was 7 minutes. I rated a 3 because of the price vs the overall burger. For $10 burgeryou expect a good size patty burger but it?s very tiny like McDonald?s patty burger. Just go to Red Robin?s or Freddy?s.Customer service was good. Location was convenient. They are probably known for something other then burgers. Sorry 5 guys. Read more

I got so sick I have been throwing up for the past two days. I ordered a burger and a hot dog. The fries were severely over... salted. This was my first time here and sadly I won?t be returning. I tried to report this to the manager and I was told I wouldreceive a call back and still haven?t heard back. If you value your tummy at all you won?t come here.
