The people working at this location are the worst. Losing orders, making orders incorrectly, taking forever to make a simple... order, incapable of understanding problems, shutting down 45 min before closing, doing such a poor job of cleaning it?s gross.We?ve tried them 3 times and are ready to give up on them. I drop by this particular Firehouse Sub on occasion on m way home from work. The workers are always friendly and helpful. This... past Wednesday, though, they were over the top helpful! I ordered my sandwich (always delicious) and when I went to retrieve mywallet to pay, I couldn?t find it anywhere. So I told the cashier to not make the sandwich because I couldn?t find my wallet topay. He said, ? don?t worry about it. We get a free meal each shift, so I?ll just give you mine.? I said I couldn?t do thatseveral times, but he insisted. Wow! I couldn?t believe he would do that! And when I found my wallet in my car and came backto pay up, both of the young men behind the counter would not let me reimburse them. I was so, so impressed by theirthoughtfulness! I would love to give the young man who took my order and wouldn?t let me pay a shoutout by name, but sadly, Iam getting old and cannot remember it. This is bar FAR, the worst firehouse location. I got a Turkey bacon ranch with NO bacon OR ranch...how is that even possible? I... have never called a location until this time. The sweet girl Deliah (or Della) not sure, apologized and assured I could comeback for a replacement order free of charge. I called a couple weeks later to place an order. I let them know this will be takencare of regarding my last order. The man on the phone asked me how long ago this happened. I told him a couple weeks. Hisresponse, "oh i need to train them how to do this because it should've been 7-10 day window for you to come back, so a coupleweeks doesn't work for me, but I'll get it done for you". Are you serious? You getting my order COMPLETELY WRONG didn't work forme, so here we are. On top of all that, when I got the redo, there was about 2 slices of meat. Horrible location. Read more

15-30 minutes wait time once your oder is placed. The online orders take a priority at this location. The Chilli tasted great!... Recommend the chili. The Phili cheese dtake sub was not the best in flavor. Read more

Haven?t been here in a year they were so terrible. Decided to try again and ordered a sandwich with 4 ingredients, 2 of them... sauces. I got a Mayo and brisket sandwich, no cheese or bbq sauce. Avoid this place at all costs, complete waste of your time. Read more

Do not use online ordering they ignore the time it?s to be ready. Ordered a sub at 635 for 705. Arrived at 705 to a stone cold... sub?.. what?s the point of ordering if your hot sub will be cold. I arrived at 655 by the way Read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. Showed up 15 mins before closing. They had already closed. The door was half way locked and... they were cleaning. When I knocked to ask if they were opened. Not only did the employees look at me. But they ignored me. Kindof like let?s pretend we don?t see him and he will go away. Lol Wow these guys are horrible at customer service. Honestly theylooked like they were doing something they weren?t supposed to do like close early. Maybe there manager will see this. Read more

First time to this location, hands down I?ll take a fire house sub over a bland subway. Restrooms were decent, location was... clean for a Sunday evening. I was pretty sympathetic to listening to the employees voice some of the issues with managementabout being short staffed etc. They seemed like decent kids, management should take some leadership and ownership and hear themout or at least offer some transparency as to why the issues they are raising aren?t being addressed. The food is delicious butthe location could use some additional housekeeping. Something unfortunately that can?t happen if they are short staffed. Read more
