Very slow service. The restaurant wasn't particularly busy; maybe they had a lot of door dash or call in orders, but the staff... didn't seem to be in a hurry to make anyone's order. I'm glad that they aren't real fire fighters. I'd have burned down longbefore I got my sandwich. Read more

Brought my husband & son here for their first time. Took over 30 minutes for our order. Then they forgot one sandwich, & messed... up on my soup order. I ordered chicken and dumpling & they gave me potato. So I had to wait atleast another 10 minutes for theright soup, just for it to be given to my husband ice cold. It's been a while since I've had Firehouse sub. My Dad saw a commercial and wanted to try it so for lunch today, I ordered and... picked up some for us. It was very easy to order online though I did have to call to be reminded how big the subs were. Dad andI shared a medium Italian sub. I ordered a medium Engineer for my husband. It was a good lunch for everyone. My husband hadbought barbecue kettle chips which went well with the subs. Dad enjoyed which is success. Read more

Yummm! The turkey bacon ranch and the smokehouse brisket subs are AMAZING. So full of goodness and warm, soft fresh bread. The... culture inside is fun with the firehouse theme and my kids love getting the free fireman hats. The free pickle spear it comeswith is crunchy and tasty too! They also have the Coke freestyle machine!!!! (Touch free version as well that you can controlwith your phone). Workers are wearing masks. They have online ordering also. Read more
