Ordered online through ubereats....deliver was on time but restaurant shorted us chicken and bread!!! And no one answered... phones!! Love famous daves but not this one!!! I also got food poisoning was so sick! Update: I was planning on writing anupdate because the owner told me to call for a refund and I was very appreciative BUT I called over a week ago and I NEVERreceived the refund that they said they would provide! I don?t even write reviews but I feel like whoever the chef is absolutely hates his job. We got the BBQ chicken (it was... disgusting), pulled pork (was decent), chicken wings (also decent), ribs (decent texture, eh flavor), boneless wings (Eh), Mac ncheese (trash), beans (trash) , corn (taste like boiled water), cornbread (a little mushy) and cheese curds (trash) ? and threwit all in the trash. Famous Dave's is a hard pass for this stick burning guy. Ordering in-person was a definite struggle because there was no-one at... the counter. After about a 5 minute wait I moved the 6 or 7 feet around the counter to the Carinos counter and got the rolledeye from the lady standing there not doing anything. She took my order: 2 brisket sandwiches, 1 order of fries and we took aseat. 30 minutes in my bride checked on the order and still nothing. Did I mention they were dead for business. They finallybrought some orders up where they sat. Again, my wife asked, they checked and our order was there. When we got home, about 3miles from there, the order was stone cold. Also, my wife's sandwich was nothing but fat. Now I like a little fat, butcouldn't eat it. We split the other sandwich. The fries were undercooked and hard as a brick, they went into the trash. Therewas no smoke ring on the brisket and no smoked taste. It was more like chunks of roast with not enough sauce to taste. This was our second time ordering from here. While we didn't get the full dozen cornbread muffins we ordered, after getting... addicted from the first time, the rest of the food was absolutely wonderful. Will definitely be going back for more. Read more

I ordered two items via door dash because we were thrilled to see a famous Dave's in the area (we miss ours in El Paso), let me... just say I will never order again, my nachos were FREEZING cold. Brisket felt like it had been pulled from a fridge and not evenheated to room temp. No jalepenos, no sour cream, just toppled with cold cheese and lettuce. Such a smaller portion than what wewere used to from the one in El Paso as well. They also completely forgot our ice cream side with dessert. So upset andseriously sad. I only put two stars because I threw it in the microwave and still ate it. But no joy and not worth orderingagain. Read more
