I have been seeing this place around SA for a while now. I had been wanting to try it and finally got around to it with the... husband. I like the premise of wood fire grilled food. You smell it before you walk in the place. The ambience of the place wasreally nice. It was sophisticated yet family friendly. The price of food is reasonable as well. Me and my husband tried theCaesar salad with wood fire grilled chicken, the butcher?s pizza, and the smokehouse burger. Without even asking they cut ourfood in half so we could both enjoy. That was so special. Our server was so attentive to it being our first time there and ourgoal to try various dishes. I wish I could remember her name and give her a shout out. But she was awesome. We would definitelycome back to this location. So I didn?t get many food pics because we dug right in, but trust me when I say you will not bedisappointed with whatever dish you choose. Read more
Breonna was a great server , my tea never ran out , she came often to check on us . The food was delicious I got the one pound... hamburger which was juicy and flavorful. My fiance had the grilled salmon Caesar I tried to salmon and it was very good I almostwish I had gotten that. Everything on the menu looked good and I had a hard time deciding what to order . Spur of the moment pick when we needed dinner. Sign on door stated that they were understaffed and to be patient (appreciated... the heads up). We sat in the bar to avoid the wait for a table and I am glad we did. The bartender was fabulous! Sorry I didn?tget her name (black, shoulder-length, curly hair with tattoo on her left forearm). She was an efficient machine behind the bar.I had their special margarita which reminded me of Alton Brown?s recipe and just as good. First time here and the meal was great! I had the Bourbon glazed pork chops. They were cooked perfectly and so tender. The... flavor was sweet but complimented the chops to the T. My wife had the Smokey Mountain Chicken. Tender and flavorful and thesides were also cooked well. Service was good but didn't get a check back until we were done eating. We will be back for sure.
