Food is good but the older man working really needs help. I ordered ahead and left so it would be ready at the 20 minute mark. ... Arrived and he hasn?t even started on it yet. There was also 3 other people waiting on theirs. 1 lady was waiting at least 10minutes to order and it wasn?t even busy. Update: Took 54 minutes to get my order. Would?ve tried getting a refund but probablywould?ve took another 50 minutes for that to happen. Also didn?t get order right. Read more

This is the first time I stopped in at this location. First I was not greeted by the staff of 4 behind the counter , who was... behind the counter talking and discussing personal gossip. I waited there for about a few minutes. Finally someone turnedaround and said they would be with me in a minute, she continued to turn around and continued to work and talk about theirpersonal life. I waited over 6 minutes , if it wasn't the craving of wanting some delicious Einstein Bagels , I would haveturned around and left. I placed my order and went home. I get home and started preparing my bagel , UGH it was the worst ihave every had. I had not idea i was getting a dozen of the stail old bagels. I truly love the Einstein Bagels I had not ideathey kept the old or had some really bad batch of bagels. This is the first and last time i stopping in. Read more

Very, very clean, and the food is delicious and made to order. Food came out quickly and order was accurate. Employees are... friendly and provide good customer service. Restroom (women's) was clean and well-stocked. I've been here many times and it hasbeen consistently excellent. Read more

Einsteins has yummy bagels and good, fresh coffee. The service is not overly friendly but it is quick and the store is... clean. There is a rewards program that offers free food items and coffee and the store also offers good specials like the bakersdozen on Monday. The bagels are made fresh daily and are soft and taste fresh. If you want specific bagel flavors you need toarrive early or you can also call the store and ask them to set some aside for you. Their cream cheese is whipped and light. Thehoney walnut is delicious and it is low-fat. Their breakfast sandwiches are filling and can be custom made. Read more
