Expensive, but you can't go wrong when you are hungry and there is nothing near by. I love the avocado toast.

Super friendly staff. Hot, aromatic coffee is always ready.

Their bagels are always on point. When you buy coffee make sure to tell them to do it not too sweet, because they are waaaay too... generous with sugar or whatever syrup they add. Other than that , my favorite bagel sandwich is Nova Lox and Super Nova Lox (with salmon, cucumbers, tomatoes, capers, cream cheese and onions). Read more

I have never encountered customer service that was this horrific. The woman who is generally at the cash register is the worst.... She doesn't even greet anyone. She just looks up and stares at you as if your presence is bothering her busy day. She is rudeand clearly does not care to please the customers whatsoever. I'm done going to this place no matter how convenient is. thestaff, especially the cashier, needs some significant customer service training. Good food and nice variety of food choices. However, the customer service is lacking to the point of the employee being rude.

Rude, short with customers, food was extremely average and bland not to mention they got it wrong. I tried it again, but it was... the same. There was very little taste to the food. The service was very very slow...I may only go back again for coffee...couldNEVER screw that up. Read more
