I don't think I've ever written a review but I ran to my laptop after just ordering my coffee... guys, you think chikfila has... good customer service? This Dutch Bros location tops that by 10000x. I have never interacted with such a nice and genuinelycaring group of people in a drive-through setting. They are always so kind and go above and beyond to create an EXPERIENCE foryou. I had a smooth experience at this Dutch Bros and everyone was super kind and friendly. This is a great location for a coffee... place because it's in a plaza that doesn't get busy until afternoon or evening, depending on the day of the week. It's on theedge of the plaza as well, and it's not far off the Loop. The drive thru is long and there's plenty of parking around the sideof the coffee shop for those who want to walk up and get coffee. They seemed quick and efficient and nowhere near as busy assome other Dutch Bros I've been to. Read more
Ordered a nitro cold brew with nothing in it. As my order got brought out with my wife?s order another employee took my coffee... from the employee that was bringing it out to me. So we received my wife?s order and not mine. They brought my order backinside, put creamer in it and then gave it to the car behind me. I then proceeded to wait at the window for about 30 min for myorder. When I received my order it was wrong and originally what the car behind me ordered and then the employee tried to arguewith me and tell me that?s what I originally ordered. I understand they've just opened, and I expected a line. When I entered the drive thru I could not see any menu or item... descriptions. A young lady walking between the cars came to take my order. I explained I had never been here and hadn't yet seenthe menu. She was listing names of drinks that had no meaning because I don't know what's in them. My wife ordered a coffeedrink and the young lady walked forward with us continuing to name duch bros items. I asked if I could see the menu and she toldme she was trying to help me decide. This convinced me to not order a drink. I paid for my wife's beverage and continued waitingin line for 10 minutes in front of a menu until my wife's (already melting) coffee drink was walked to us in line. Swung by on my way to work the other day and they had two people standing outside ordering for the drive though, so it went... really quickly. Also tried the Golden Eagle and it was amazing! I'll definitely be coming back and trying other drinks. Read more
I waited in the walk up line for 10 minutes, I was the only one there mind you, and no one took my order. After a few minutes of... waiting with no one acknowledging me, an employee told me I would be helped soon. I waited another 5 minutes and anotheremployee told me the same thing. After a few more minutes of being ignored I left without ordering. It?s a shame because I loveDutch bros and was excited to have a location closer to my home, but it looks like this one may not be worth going to. Read more
