We pulled up thinking that the drive through process would be like Starbucks or Chick-fil-A where you talk to a big box. Instead... we pulled up behind the cars and a man came walking up to our window with an iPad to take our order. He was super nice andfriendly, it made me happy. I ordered the medium orchada chai tea with nutmeg and coolwhip and my boyfriend got a large pinklemonade and it was only $9. The food was delicious. Everyone their was WAYYYY friendlier amd nicer than employees atChick-fil-A or Starbucks. I?m talking about these people are church social old ladies level sweet! They talked to us about ourweekend plans amd gave us free stickers!!! Definitely my new go to place for coffee!!! Read more
I ordered a the Caramel Pumpkin Brulee and i was disappointed with the the cold brew. I literally ordered a watered down... version of a coffee with all the ice and whip cream served to butter this watered down drink. This will no longer be a placeon my list with so many other local coffee shops around. $35 plus in drinks and not one in my family was impressed. Inaddition, I do not like feeling pressured to leave a tip for someone taking my order via the drive-thru. Not my type of coffee. I had to dump my coffee for lack of coffee taste. I?ve been wanting to try Dutch brothers for a while now. We went today around 5 pm. The service was amazing. Everyone was... super friendly which I appreciate. The strawberry lemonade was huge but a bit too sweet for my liking and I didn?t like theartificial flavor in the lemonade. I got the golden eagle drink iced and tbh I didn?t love it. It was just okay. Didn?t tastelike caramel and was lacking a lot of sugar. Just tasted like plain iced unsweetened coffee. I went home and added some sugarand chocolate syrup and it was better but I?d compare it to my iced coffee I?d get at McDonald?s for $1. I was disappointed atthe drinks for $10 but I might give it another try and just customize my drink. It was my first time ever trying Dutch brotherscoffee and I am definitely sad. I give the coffee a 2 out of 5 if I?m being honest but I?ll give 3 stars because the servicewas great. Update I went back to give them another try. I got the picture perfect large. I definitely enjoyed this one muchbetter but still think I?d like it with either more caramel or maybe white chocolate mocha. I will definitely give them anothertry. They were very nice even through they were super busy. I would definitely give this a 4/5 stars though. The new photosof the chocolate drink is the one I got today. Plus they send you a birthday drink so this was 100% free and they even told mehappy birthday which was so nice. I got the carmel and mocha iced coffee and my mom got a strawberry green tea. The service was so fast and SUPER friendly. I've... never been to a Dutch bros because I'm from Indiana originally and I was blown away with the staff at this location. I told themit was my first time there and by the end they were recommending bbq places! My mom and I got medium sized drinks and for the 2of them it cost ~$9 total. Read more
Went here for the first time today and the staff was exceptional! Incredibly polite and very friendly. My absolute best... interaction, however, was with a gentleman named Hunter, who was at the window and talked with me while waiting for my drink. Hewas super friendly. I was having a not so good day and my interactions with him genuinely made it better! Will definitely becoming back as the drink was very good as well! Dutch Bro's Coffee!! Nuff Said!! Actually is really good. The staff are always hyped and knowledgeable. Well versed and schooled... on DB's products. Always can make reccomendations for any drink and recipe. Staff always so accommodating. Their drinks are outof this world and flavorful. Anything or any diet restrictions can be accommodated. My favorite is any of their teas. Especiallytoday's new recipe, Green Tea, Lemonade, Strawberry, and Peach, BLENDED. Right now with the Texas Heat, get your drinks blendedfor the added refreshment. The other thing is this, download the app and get on social media and join their DB groups for.moreinsider tips. Stickers galore!! And in July, new sticker drops!! I'll post sticker pics later. ???? And "dine in" is order atthe window and drink it outside. Drive through with a 45 second drink turn around from time order is placed and you pull up tothe window. This is the best parking lot layout I've seen by a Dutch Bros. The building sits alone so there won't be thru traffic, but it's... right next to a gas station that has more parking if needed. The drive thru line goes in a circle around the building. There isminimal parking for those who want to walk up to the window. There's a large overhang for shade outside the walk up window. Themusic was blaring and there weren't any picnic tables, but the wait wasn't long. The one employee I interacted with was friendlyand my drink was perfect. I'm obsessed with the Sugar and Spice oat milk latte and I'm gonna enjoy it the rest of the season. Read more
