I LOVE this DB location! I grew up on DB and even though they are newer in San Antonio they go above and beyond! All of the... broistas are so nice and easy to talk to. I have a weird order for most, except the few that moved from other states that hadDB, but 90% of them know how to make it perfect. The great thing about this location and def compared to Starbucks, is they tryto remember you and your drink order. They go above and beyond EVERYTIME, especially; Laura, Gabriel, Madison, Chas, Gabby, thegirl who always has the cute earrings and the "love" girl who loves animals as mu h as me. Thanks guys! We love the service provided here we go every week. Also please give yourself some time to be patient some people are still new ... to dutch Bros. And you could find yourself waiting in drive thru longer then expected. Just remember they give 5 star service toeveryone so the wait time is acceptable every customer is special to them. Try the banana split with whip top and chocolatedrizzle, or the white zombie with soft top and caramel drizzle both blended! So yummy enjoy!! Read more
I visited the Rittiman area location yesterday with my daughters and the lady at the window was spectacular! She was so kind and... so personable and that?s so hard to find these days! It was one of the best drive they experiences I?ve ever had!!! I dohowever have a suggestion for all locations?..since you have employees working outside in this heat, you need to incorporatefans and misters for them. It?s miserably hot and your employees are representing your company in such an outstanding way, youshould really take care of them so you keep them! If they worked for me and I got a review like this, I would definitely want tomake sure those (all of your employees) are well taken care of. Read more

The drinks were so good and the ladies taking the orders and giving the orders were so nice. We ordered a cold brew with... chocolate and caramel, green apple smoothie with tropical something, and peach& passion (I think) ice tea. The only negative isthat they gave you way too much ice with the tea. I will ask for half ice next time, but really good drinks. Read more
