Our local Dutch Bros never disappoints! The staff is super friendly and even though there is almost always a long line, it moves... quickly. Our biggest issue is what new flavor to choose from the incredible menu found on the Dutch Bros App! The menu board onsite is very small, so you will definitely want to use the app for choices, and the ability to earn free drinks is an awesomebonus! Read more
Everyone that works here is so friendly even on a rainy day like today everyone had a smile. I LOVE the sugar free and non dairy... options. Dutch Bros Coffee has a fun menu. The employees who take the orders take the time to answer questions about the menu items as... well as offer suggestions. The coffee tastes phenomenal (even their decaf!) and can be customized with syrups andsweeteners. Dutch Bros has an app that is free to use and allows you to collect loyalty points, as well as to see the menu whileyou wait. The only reason for the four stars vs the five stars is the waiting line, which can be confusing. There are signs andcones to direct but it is still a bit confusing. Where to start! I pass by here a few different times and the lines are always so long but today I decided to stop and wait, they... were a little bit long. It didn't take to long tho. They are well organized with cones that form 2 lines for the drive up andthen you are greeted by someone. The girl that was out there was very happy bubbly person. And she was helpful. So we ordered 3drinks and when we got to the window we were greeted by a guy who had the best personality and so cheerful and such positiveenergy. Now for the Drink reviews. I had the Kicker hot and I give it a 10/10 it's so good, my daughter got The shark bite 7/10she said it was good other daughter had the birthday cake frost and she gave it a 10/10 she really liked it. I can't wait to goback and try more. And the prices are really good all the drinks were a little over 14$ . I'm very big on customer service andthis place tops everyone!! I've gone through the drive thru twice - once on a weekday and once on a Saturday morning. Both times were quick and easy. The... employees are helpful, energetic, and friendly. I've enjoyed the caramel pumpkin cold brew and the cinnamon oat milk. The lemonpoppyseed muffin top is delicious. There's a walk up window if you don't mind parking that appears to be quicker. But there istwo car lanes that merge into one lane. The whole process seems efficient. Read more
