There is also a Baskin-Robbin's at this location, fyi. I've gotten an iced coffee here twice and my order was correct and the... staff I encountered at the drive-thru were friendly. Last weekend I ordered an ice cream cake online for my son's 10th birthday(yes he waited to the day before to tell me he wanted an ice cream cake!). Anyway, I placed the order online and it was ready(and accurate) the next day. The staff in there at the time helped me quickly and were friendly, chatting with me while someonegrabbed his cake out of their walk-in freezer. He loved it, thanks yall! Read more

OMG, Customer for life here. I can in today to buy another 24 oz tumbler because the lid was broken on mine. I asked the young... man who is always at my favorite store, if he moved to this store he said no he was just helping out. Thank goodness he isalways so very nice and helpful at my favorite store. Anyway I asked for another 24 oz tumbler and he informed me that thaywere out. ???? I told him the lid was broken on mine that is why I wanted another one. He said just a minute and he brought meanother lid. I was surprised and greatful. This was so unexpected. See attached picture. My tumbler keeps my coffee hot forabout 3 hours so I don't have to drink it quickly before it gets cold. Thank you for taking care of me today. This type ofservice is why I always come back. Surprised the reviews aren't good. I have been here a lot since it opened, like a lot. The coffee is really good. I don't... usually order food so I can't speak for that. Staff has been friendly and the service is fast. I had one single time where itwas difficult to get my order but I think it was a speaker/headset issue because she just seemed to be having trouble hearingme. No issues since then though. Where do I start? I brought my family in for ice cream. We stood by the ice cream case for 5 minutes being completely ignored.... We decided to go over by the doughnut case. The girl that finally talked to us was RUDE!!! We ordered and walked over to the icecream counter. Only to have a teen girl cut in front of us. She was friends with the ones working and proceeded to have a 10+minute conversation. I repeatedly asked the young man working if anyone else could make my order. He kept informing me she wouldhelp me when she?s done with that customer. I finally had enough and told them very loudly that we had yet to be helped. Theyoung man told the rude girl we had ordered with and she said ?they can wait?. The amount of eye rolls and attitude wasridiculous! I will also be filing a complaint with the companies. Read more

If you are planning to order a cake from the baskin robbins, do yourself a favor and don?t. The website asks for special orders... to be made 24 to 48 hours in advance, so I ordered two days in advance. When I got there, there was no cake and staff had noexplanation as to why. I was refunded but was burdened with finding a replacement cake on the day of the event. It seems thewhole place is poorly organized. I wouldn?t recommend eating here either as I could visibly see flies all over the doughnuts inthe display cases. Read more

I know that this location has very recently opened but I hope the service improves greatly real soon!!!! I visited yesterday... with my grandson just to get an ice cream cone & waited a long time because the girl (Katherine) was slow & purposely skipped usto wait on the Costco worker who came in AFTER us. She took great joy in flirting with him, constantly batting her fakeeyelashes at him. As much as she batted her fake eyelashes at him she could have started a tsunami!! She knew we were next inline but decided she would rather wait on him than us & she also took her time about it. When she finally decided to help usshe didn?t even bother to wear gloves when serving up the ice cream. She handled the cones with her bare hands. We are stillgoing thru Covid & not only was she not wearing gloves but also no mask!!! There was also a fly inside of the ice cream case. Talk about a disgusting experience!!! The other workers that were there all looked as though they?d rather be somewhere else,no people skills whatsoever! I?m not sure I?ll be returning. Where is a manager to help organize the chaos? I?ve been here twice since opening and each time a mess. I understand it?s a new... location and there will be kinks but without leadership, I don?t see it getting better. No one seems to know who is doing what,there?s a mountain of pink receipts on the counter employees are sifting through when another customer speaks op about waiting along time for their order. I was so happy when I saw this location going in and I love Dunkin too much to see the struggle sohoping some sort of organization comes to this location. Read more
