Horrible service. They don?t greet or welcome you?.they just ignore you until you literally flag them down. There is no teamwork... or smiles Frosted donuts were smashed under other items. No cream or sugar for coffee. Never again!!!! Read more

I've come to this location for about a year now (due to it being so close to where I live) and the employees are nice, however,... lately the newer employees could do a much better job greeting the customers as we walk in. I understand that things get verybusy when they're short-handed and taking care of drive-thru, cleaning counters, etc. But the last few times I've walked in,I've felt as though I am invisible. The staff would walk past me and not even acknowledge my presence, and I'm standing there atthe register thinking "Do they even see me standing here? Did they not hear the front door ring when the door opened?" A simple"Hello, I'll be with you in a minute," or a "I'll be with you shortly" would be nice, that way I'll know that they actually sawme and I'm not being ignored. I've seen other customers walk out due to not being acknowledged and that's not the type ofbusiness you'd want to run. Read more

Love the food however when walking in we were definitely not acknowledged no greeting very unwelcoming like they were bothered... there was customers we were looked at by all the employees and no one ever said I?ll be right with you or anything I had to asksomeone for help even though 3of them all saw me and no one else was there then when I got someone to order he was rude about itand definitely didn?t want to work we CLEARLY ordered the first time what was needed and due to him not proactively listening weended up repeating ourselves not only that we ordered no cheese and there was cheese I ordered a doughnut and no doughnut was inthere then when I realized I went back to ask for the doughnut but I was still not a knowledge when she clearly saw me standingthere, I had to wait then ask for my missing doughnut, she handed it without apologizing for the inconvenience nor evenacknowledging me again I was just standing there with the receipt Read more

The mango banana smoothie is just the best thing ever on a hot day. However, $2.50 for a water bottle is just too much. The... workers were sort of nice, sort of not. I understand they might be busy, but it seems they are lazy sometimes. There was anempty ice cream container there and seems every time I go there they have to go to the back to get a new container of ice creamor thing for the smoothies. Shouldn't be they doing that routinely? Are they just in the back on a phone or something? Anyway,place was very clean but no napkins were out. Why no napkins? That's a necessity with ice cream! I'm not happy with how they packaged our unicorn cake! It's right up against the plastic. I get that they wanted you to be able... to see the eyes when you look through the plastic but I suggest putting the important part of the cake towards the corner so itwon't make contact with the wall. Tambra and Amanda were very energetic and happy to be at work at 6:45am, for this being only my second time at ?Dunkin?, it was... a great way to start off my morning. The pumpkin cream cold brew personally, is tastier, and more ?bang for your buck? thanStarbucks. I was able to order two breakfast sandwich?s and a 32?oz cold brew for a very decent price. I'm loving the addition of avacado toast on the menu! It is pretty yummy. Whoever the young lady was that was working the drive... thru window this morning at 8:30am, her customer service skills were top-notch.
