I wouldn't even rate this a star if I could. Went through the drive thru and ordered 3 medium coffees because of their 2-6 $2... med coffee/ tea deal. First impression was that the girl at the window absolutely was not willing to help us out by correctingthe price. She only gave me 1 drink for the $2 deal and insisted that they only do it on 1 drink. I go to Dunkin everyday forthis exact deal. She called over a coworker who talked to us like we were children and insisted that whatever issues we werehaving were not an issue on her end. Due to my son having a class near this Dunkin, I?ve been a bit of a frequent flyer the last 2-3 months. The only thing... consistent is the slow, terrible customer service and inconsistent quality in drinks and food. I?ve already complained tocorporate about a particular instance that was absolutely terrible and still returned after only to experience yet the sameissues. Not sure if it?s specific shifts or not. I?m always visiting 3pm and later. They really need to get it together. Read more
Worst Dunkin ever. They never have over half of their menu in stock. I have yet to interact with a staff member that isn't rude.... I was using a coupon which is sometimes difficult and the person ringing me up had never seen it. She was super helpful, very... nice, and the experience was easy! Drink and Everything Bagel bites came out fast and delish. Thanks! Read more

This Dunkin? Donuts is horrible. They always get the order wrong and the service is very slow. Today all I asked for was an... iced coffee with 2 creams and they give me an iced coffee with 3 creams and 2 almond shots. When I proceed to walk into thestore to get what I ordered the person at the cashier proceeds to blame me for the wrong order. And then instead of just fixingit right there and then they make me wait for an order that literally takes one minute to make. And there is an employee withcurly hair who is laughing at the whole situation. I work in the healthcare field where if I treated anyone this way I would beyelled at but looks like this place has no accountability. Honestly will never come to this Dunkin? Usually go to Starbucks because I like their Frappuccinos more than whatever they call their frozen blended coffee beverages,... but nevertheless the machine that makes their blended frozen drinks happened to be in cleaning mode... in the middle of theafternoon. On. A. Saturday. SMH. So I ordered a caramel iced coffee instead. They do not have individual creamers so I had toguess if I needed more or not... so I choose not to get any extra just in case. Terrible food. This is the second time I order Dunkin and have a bad experience. I guess it?s my fault for giving them a second... chance. They seldom have their menu items available. I got the wrong kind of donut flavors delivered, in assuming because theydidn?t have my flavors. And on top of that the donuts were dry and old. But what?s worse is I got hot water instead of hotchocolate. I haven?t even taste the latte yet I?m assuming it?s going to be bad as well. No more DD! Read more
