I have been going hwy for over a year and never had a problem but this morning I ordered my French vanilla ice coffee as I do... almost everyday and my husband went to pick it up and they tell him they no longer have French vanilla as a flavor? it?s notseasonal so I don?t understand. My husband not know what else o would want and them giving him a list of things to change it tohe just said mocha and then when he called me since he was in the drive through and they made him go in I told him I didn?t likemocha and so he asked them to give him the list again so we can get one I like and they told him he had to buy a new coffee.First of all it was not his fault that you no longer have that flavor and it didn?t say that on the site and then didn?t evenhelp with other options that I could have liked. I have a craving for a raspberry jelly filled donut. We bought 3 of those donuts and all 3 donuts hardly had jelly. We bit into... our donuts and there was no filling until the the last 2 bites of them. We will probably not be returning to this location. Theone on Military and I90 is much better. Read more
I had a late night craving for some Bavarian cream and some donuts for my kids and my husband so I stopped by this lovely... Dunkin' donuts and I was served by Angie who was very kind and very pleasant and hard-working and just so sweet she has greatcustomer service skills I could tell right off the back that she enjoys her job and seems like an overall amazing personality. Iwill be coming back for more donuts soon thank you Angie with the lovely red curls loved your hair btw. Agian thank you it's thelittle things that make the biggest impact. Kindness goes so far. Wish there was a no star option, went to get a cold foam coffee & this is how it turned out. Looks like they drizzled whip cream... on it, the sugar wasn?t even mixed in, I called spoke to a manager all he suggested was he could remake the drink, who has timeto go back? Usually I stay positive, because I work in the service industry myself. But this morning I?ve lost it. I ordered 2 small iced... coffees, specifically made, and one sandwich. Both of my drinks were wrong, after I asked twice if the flavor shots were added.They replied yes and quickly handed me my items. I get to work and there?s a very long and thick black hair in my sandwich. Notonly were my drinks wrong, but my food was contaminated. A waste of $12. Read more
Not only were both my orders completely wrong, but when I presented the "manager" the problem there was then an altercation... about me having to pay more because of there clear mistake on my order! They wanted to refuse to give me the correct item I paidfor even though it was clearly stated what I wanted before I paid multiple times. This is exactly why I never come to thislocation! If I could of given a 1/2 star rating that would be more fitting for the kind of customer service you provide not tomention the lack of intelligence in your employees to not only mess up two of my orders but I watched them mess up multipleorders before me which is why I was completely clear multiple times on the order with your employee. We came here for some boston creme donuts around 5pm through the narrow drive thru. Unfortunately the employee said they are... sold out of those early and the others we requested. We went on a whim with the few variety left. The rasberry filled donut hadvery little filling. Non filled were dry but great with some coffee. The frosted ones were very sweet, I opted for unsweetenedcoffee to even it out. The next morning I had an unsweetend chai latte and the plain donut. Sweet donut carbs... a brief momentof happiness. How do they have the audacity to charge me $6 for this?.. it?s not even all the way full. PLUS I paid extra for almond milk.... Ridiculous. Do better please. Read more
