This location could use a lesson in customer service and producing quality. Awful experience this morning in the drive thru. Not... only did they serve poor quality drinks, they completely forgot to put ice in one of them & almost the cold brew foam. Had totell them to add it. The manager on duty was not helpful & you could tell did not want to face confrontation. They were out of alot & yet one of the flavors I asked for as a replacement of one being out, I was told they were out & then told at the windowthey were not & had already made my drink. When I asked for a refund on BOTH drinks I only received it for one & not the correctamount either. This location has gone done quality & now customer service. Will not be returning & will recommend to others tonot go there. Read more
My favorite dunkin location in the area. You guys rock! Service is fast and they communicate if they need a min on your order to... park so they can bring it out. Other location just ignor. I have never had an issue with an order or tasting funny. If I see mycoffee looks a tad darker they always adjust and never give me a reason that I bother. I have ordered at the wrong location inthe past and this dunkin honored my drink since I was on my way to work. Thank you for working hard. Read more
Today was not a good day. Order a hot vanilla latte. Had to return because it was in a hot container but cold. Spoke with... manager and explained that I paid for decent service and that is not what I received. She made me a new drink, had me taste itbefore I left, it was hot. However cup was defective and as I drove off, the whole drink leaked out and spilled on me. So notonly am I late to work, I'm full of coffee. Read more

My daughter and I had to come and bring my truck for repairs at Caliber Collision, but we had to wait. We decided to come to... this DD. I was pleasantly surprised. The young man that took our order was SUPER cordial and very professional. He also checkedin on us to make sure we didn?t need anything else. The food was fresh and our drinks were tasty!
