Had a rough day with 2 bus drivers not picking me up, even though I?m in proper business attire (i work at a bank), then i come... in for a sweet tea and i get ignored by the young girl at about 745 pm on Friday. Then a guy employee, that was helping a rudecustomer, just asked me to move aside so he can finish helping him. I walked out since they didn?t want my business. I always go through the drive thru here for coffee and the service has been speedy and pleasant so far. Today the manager Cary... was at the window and made sure we liked our coffee before pulling off. Will definitely continue to go here! Read more
If it was possible to leave no stars I would. The WORST customer experience I have ever had with Dunkin. They didn?t make my... drink right, wanted to charge me extra to make it correctly, and the manager was making a big fuss about it because they madeit, and when I asked to speak with them about it I was told she was busy. We love Dunkin, but these poor kids are managed poorly and you can feel the chaos and anxiety of the staff just from being... overwhelmed with customers. Just have patience y'all when you go. I've had to ask for my order 20 minutes after placing becausethey simply forget and set it aside. Read more
Just went to the Dunkin on culebra. Not only was the lobby closed, but they really messed up our order. We ordered 1 dozen... donuts, but half of the donuts were wrong, plus the chocolate ones were really sad looking, like they scraped up the dregs offrosting to put on them.They we?re out of two of the donuts we originally ordered, but then substituted for something we didn?task for at all. They had no Donuts the ice coffee wasn't good, bad service the manager was no help she was really young younger than 30 years of... age and had lots of attitude no people skills really bad customer service. The waffle cone with soggy old when they're supposedto be crispy they had no ice cream only like two buckers I would not recommend none of my family and friends and I would like totell you guys to avoid this place at all costs it's not worth it when they have no Donuts and the ice cream cones soggy and theice cream made me sick ???????? HORRIBLE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! I ordered on the app about 750am and get there at 810am. My drink is not on the stand of mobile... order pick up. Had to wait till they took the two people in the line orders before i was able to tell them I was there for amobile pickup. She goes to where the order papers are and starts making it. I also ordered a sandwich using the reward forOctober. After she makes the drink she tells me they are out of meat. So I said I would just take it with just egg and cheesethen she goes to the back comes out a couple min later and says they don?t have croissants. And at this point I?m running lateto work.
