Great service. Great coffee but the building really needs to be maintained a lot better? the side window has been broken for... over a month now.. they should consider hiring security to control the homeless people in the parking lot.. we saw a manshooting up in the parking lot.. The most convenient Dunkin in the downtown area. Had the dining room open for a while but seems to have reverted to drive... through only again (September 2022). Service is inconsistent with some shifts being extremely proficient and others not. Don?tcome when you?re in a rush and you should be okay. Read more
What can you say, it's 31 flavors. It's delicious everything I expected it to be. The store was clean. The customer service was... lacking, the girls were not very friendly, but being downtown they probably deal with a lot of jerks, so I give them a pass.I'll be back. Read more
Came in and got a waffle bowl with my family. I noticed one of the scoops that I had the ice cream was pretty hard like it had... been sitting there all day. My oreo cookies and cream was soft. Overall everything was great and my family enjoyed it as well. Read more
They usually mess something up with our order, whether dine in or drive through. This location is the definition of just hire... anybody because of Covid the customer service is terrible. Hmm, no line in the drive through... oh wait, it's because they'renot open! 6pm 100 degrees outside, why would a place that sells ice cream and cold drinks be open, smh. Read more

Stopped by today for a coffee and breakfast sandwich, Silvia was very rude and rolled her eyes at me when I asked to add... something to my order. The breakfast sandwich was cold, the bread was not toasted, and it was soggy. We also ordered bagel bitesand they were cold on the inside.
