Went through the drive thru to pick up a mobile order, there was a customer in front of me while I was in line waiting. After a... few minutes I noticed the employee and customer exchange drinks (an iced drink for a hot drink), as though they had the wrongorder. I knew my order was iced so I watched the whole process of the drinks being handed over, which I could see everythingfrom where I was. The employee set the drink on the counter then slid it over to the other corner (still within my view) as Iproceeded to pull up, and they asked me what my order was. I told them it was a mobile order for an iced coffee. They lookedaround and grabbed the one that THEY JUST TOOK BACK FROM THE PREVIOUS CUSTOMER and handed it to me. I could of pointed out thatI saw the whole thing right there but I was a little livid at the time that they had the thought to just hand the drink over tome with no regard. I?m a little upset it happened, part of the reason I didn?t mention at the moment was that it was a freedrink, but now i couldn?t even enjoy the free drink. I would hope the store policy is to actually make a brand new drink whenstuff like that happens. How do I know the previous customer didn?t do anything or take a sip while waiting? Read more

CHLOE has a Terrible Attitude. I was giving her a compliment by telling her that I saw her working really hard...but she looks... and reacts with ANGER and Attitude to customers. She immediately grabbed the bag of donuts and said she was refusing service.WOW...I have a witness to this incident that happened today around 4pm. Last Sunday she got upset because I waived and thentapped the window with 1 Finger to get her attention. I was just trying to let her that the 4 Donuts were supposed to be in 2different bags. Was disappointed in variety. No apple, no lemon, pumpkin etc.. Very basic and boring. However guy at counter was help full. But... manager needs to learn how to stop pushing the employees when they are helping customers. They can only move as fast as thecustomer orders. Read more
This place is so inconsistent. For every one good drink they make, you get at least five that are usually garbage. Coffee is... either too watery or tastes burned. They never seem to get my order right and I use the app every single time. Just got one oftheir new peanut butter cup macchiato. It tastes like watery milk with zero peanut butter flavor. Awful!
