Love their coffee, but this particular one is always out of stuff.
Looking back at previous reviews, there?s no need to air my grievances since many others have already noticed the same... things. Bottom line: spend your money elsewhere despite the convenience. This particular Franchisee Owner seems to not caremuch about what goes on in their own business and has very little accountability for those they hire. To those workers here whoare doing a fantastic job: find somewhere else to work who will actually appreciate you for the work you put in, you candefinitely do a heck lot better than here. Read more
They need to hire more people especially for the morning shift when it is expected to be the busiest. Ordering time was long,... and when we got to the window, we waited for 5 minutes and no one even open the window to take our payment or anything. So wejust drove off. Read more
I come here often, the service is always up and down. I?ve thought about leaving reviews, but the day finally come. Today, I... ordered through the app. I did say that I?d pick up drive through, it the line was so long that I decided to park. The frontdoor was locked. What?s the point of offering app ordering when you?d wait just as long going through the line?? I called sothey walked out it out to me. They crammed three donuts in a bag mixing all the flavors together, and didn?t even place napkinsin the bag. Another time, I went through the line to get breakfast, but after getting the order my son wanted something else. Iparked to get run in to get it, and the front door was locked. There were other people as the door. The employees were justignoring us. We all had to go back through the line. I?m unsure if they?re understaffed. Ordered from here via Uber Eats the last two days and gotta say, I am really impressed with how well my orders have been... packaged! My orders weren't super complicated or anything but everything was packed very snug and secure, and my iced coffeecondensation didn't make everything surrounding it soggy or damp like a lot of other places I have ordered from.
