Coffee is great but I'm continually ordering on line at Dunkins and going in to pick up only to find that I am waiting for my... drink/food after all the people walking minutes behind me. In addition I am never greeted by anyone at a dunkin....the coffeeis really expensive when you start looking at the fact you don't get the service to match the price. I was driving by and decided to stop and get a donut for the first time in years from Dunkin? Donuts. The drive thru line was... ungodly long and since I just wanted a single donut I opted to go inside. When I got to the door it was locked but the postedhours said 5am as the open time. There was nothing that noted drive thru only for a set amount of time. When I tapped on thedoor an employ just stuck a finger in the air and spun it around to suggest that wait in the drive thru. I walked in because I couldn?t drive my company truck through the drive way A family of 4 was getting ice cream not a... problem The problem was when I walked in nobody said hi Went to the restroom then walked out and I saw an old man The lady inblue didn?t say anything when I walked back The lady in black shirt was nice but when they switched the lady in the blue shirtdidn?t say oh this guy is first So o was skipped and I just wanted a coffee real quick but no Just cause I?m a worker doesn?tmean you. What I have witnessed when waiting on my order was disgusting. I see employees wearing gloves but still touching their face and... pulling their cell phones out of their pockets while handing our food. GROSS! Also .... you walk in they don't acknowledge you.I'll stand by the register for about 7 to 8 minutes until someone comes up.... no "will be right with you" NOTHING! MANAGERSNEED TO BE REPLACED! I usually love to go to Dunkin? but today was just the last chance I?m willing to give this place. I ordered an iced Carmel... macchiato with almond milk and two shots of espresso and my drink is literally white?like they poured milk over ice with someCarmel. Awful. I usually always go to this location. I love this location, every time i go they are always so nice to me. Today I went, I think... I was in the drive thru for about 2 minutes MAX from ordering to getting my drink right as I go to the window. The ladies therewere very nice to me & they always make my drink just the way I like it! Usually this dunkin is slow and makes the drinks so-so. But the team of ladies on the morning of 12/4 were amazing! They moved... the line quicker than any dunkin I've been to in SA and the drink was make SO well. I was hesitant to go to DD but I'm glad Iwent this morning. Also, I appreciate this location seems to always give my dog a pup cup. : ) Read more
