We used the app to order ahead, hoping we could just run in and pick up our order or wait no more than 5 minutes. We ordered a... dozen donuts and 2 drinks. Nothing too complicated. There were a few people in there ordering and yet before our order was evenstarted, those people who were ordering when we got in were getting their food and walking out. When I had gone up to make surethey even got our order I was told "I'm just barely getting to the drinks." as if I was inconveniencing them to even make sure Iwas at the right location or the app sent the order in. What's the point of using the app to order ahead if I would be waitinglonger than people ordering in store? Seems pointless after this experience. Not only that but when we got home and looked atthe donuts, they were barely even frosted. Hopefully other locations aren't as bad as this one. Read more

Update; We have been here a few times since our first visit. Most recently today, September 3rd. We got some pumpkin spice latte... and a sourdough breakfast sandwich. They were both really good. The young man behind the counter, Saul, was very friendly andhelpful. He deserves 5 stars and a bonus. I increased my rating from 2 to 3 stars. If they keep getting consistently better, Iwill definitely add more stars. It was ok. Donuts were not fresh. They were 1-2 days old. A disappointing visit today,September 25th. Read more

Very disappointed I ordered a French vanilla iced coffee and two jelly donuts I asked for two creams and one sugar my sister... orderd the new pumpkin drink when they gave me my order my jelly donuts were very plain it barely had jelly in it and when Itook a sip of my French vanilla iced coffee I did not taste any cream or sugar also didn't taste any kind of vanilla at all Iasked for four creams on the side for me and my family the lady walked away fast and barely started making my sisters pumpkindrink that my sister had been waiting for she waited for a good 15 minutes even though we were the only ones in the building anddidn't even order that much I was telling the lady in the blue that I assume is the manager not to add four creams to mysisters drink because that's what it look like she was doing she ignored me and did it anyway when she gave me my sisters drinkI asked if I can get my four creams the employee got annoyed and asked if I wanted four creams on the side I told her yes mysister asked nicely if the employee can remake her drink because she didn't want four creams in her pumpkin drink the employeeremade and brought my sisters pumpkin drink back with still no creams on the side when I asked for the creams she walked away asI was talking to her I kept calling for her she finally turned around and said we don't have any cream after waiting 20 minutesshe decided to tell me they have no cream she could've told me that the first time i asked for the creams and also how are you acoffee shop but don't have any cream? My sister was fed up with the employees attitude and was demanding for the creams that Iasked for the employee informed us "they're limited with the creams" that is not our fault I paid for iced coffee with cream andshe messed up my sisters order by adding four creams to her drink when i specifically said four creams on the side the employeewent to the back and just gave us a cup of milk it was straight up milk I did not taste any Fren Read more

This morning around 7:15 a.m I entered the drive through to order my usual coffee. I noticed after I received my order it was... wrong . Im sending my apologies to the Manager because it was my error, I ordered a macchiato which is not my normal order. Itshould?ve been an iced Carmel coffee with a shot of espresso. The team was very nice and apologetic even though I realized afterthat it was my mistake. I just wanted you to know your team was top notch and still took care of me as a customer. Great experience!! The food, donuts, and sweet tea all were 10/10! The staff were also very friendly and working hard on this... busy Sunday! I appreciate the service and the place was very lively! Definitely recommend coming here for their sweet tea too,it was so good!! Read more

I love Dunkin? Donuts, but this location was definitely a let down. The donuts we got were barely sweet, they just tasted like... bread. I got 2 vanilla creme donuts and there was barely any creme - this happens at a lot of locations I go to, so I decided totake a picture this time for reference because it was ridiculous how little they put in it (and you?re not able to tell by thepicture, but about half of the piece I left was still donut and not creme because I needed to be able to hold onto it to set itdown). The only reason I?m giving 2 stars rather than 1 is because the server who gave us the donuts was really nice andpositive. We did drive thru so I didn?t get a chance to bring up this issue to any of the staff, but I don?t think I?ll bereturning to this location. Very disappointing. Read more

This place is a mess. I was the only person in the lobby and the drive thru was dead but none had swept the lobby or wipped the... tables after customers. What's more is the counter attendant just really didn't want to be there, looking at his phone while Iwas ordering. I wasn't sure he was listening but I go what I asked for. The coffee was awful though, tasted really old, couldn'tdrink it so just tossed it. Read more
