I?m so sad that they didn?t want to help give me my money back after charging me for 3 ice creams. I only ordered two. When I... went to the window I payed they gave me my card and receipt back and I noticed they charged me for 3 ice creams. I told the girland gave her back my receipt. She then said she can give me another ice cream or shake free but they can?t refund without amanager. I told them ok I will come back tomorrow and asked for my receipt back. Then a guy came to the window offering me freeice cream but he can?t refund my $4.93 I told him I will come back when the manager is here and asked for my receipt back. Hesaid they can?t find it. I literally just gave it to her right now. Mind you there is a long line behind me. He wrote his nameon a paper and it says messed up order his name and date I pulled forward to allow the people behind me to get their stuff.Iwent back the next day and the another girl told me she can?t refund me either it had to be done yesterday the day it happenedand asked the same guy about it. He said he didn?t know how to do it. Then she said she couldn?t do it either. I gave up calledcooperate they said they made a ticket and still haven?t heard back. At this point they can keep the 4.93 or whatever the costfor the ice cream what a shame they lost my business cause I work close by and we go for donuts all the time but bot anymore.Beware watch what the charge you cause you won?t get a refund you will get something free rather than they refund it back toyou. Service is always great here. The large latte was loaded with ice and a little short on the volume. It stings a little when you... pay 5.00 for a latte that?s halfway in volume to being a medium. I?m a business owner so I understand times are rough but myhonest feedback is I would rather pay 6 dollars and get a full latte than pay 5 dollars and get shorted. Whenever they hand it to you this light. You already know It's not going to taste very strong. Well it tasted very watered down... hazelnut. Didn't taste like coffee at all. I tried adding sugar and caramel whenever I got home. Still watery tasting somehow. Iended up brewing coffee to add to it. It helped some, but not much. Our donuts were upside down in the bag. My daughter and I waited for twenty minutes in line to order, because the place was very short staffed. We ordered two chocolate... cream donuts, a dragon fruit lemonade (delicious) and a small order of hash browns. The only complaint is the hash browns weresoggy and tasted like burnt oil. Read more
This is a Baskin-Robbins / Dunkin Donuts combo store. There is space for dining in-store as well as an outdoor patio. There is... a drive-thru that seems to get the bulk of the employees attention. The drip coffee is good but their lattes are not great - notbad but not great. They offer syrups to flavor their lattes. It look like a machine makes their lattes, as opposed to a baristawho mixes the right amount of milk and foam and chocolate or whatever else is needed for your drink. For that reason, I do nottrust their customization. But if you want a solid cup of ?regular? coffee, then Dunkin works! But let?s not forget theirdonuts. This is a smaller store so they do not have a large selection but they do have most traditional favorites. They alwayshave seasonal donuts as well and also carry many breakfast sandwiches, bagels and croissants. Perfect spot for a quickiebreakfast, pick-me up snack or comfort coffee any time of the day. Where's the cold foam? How do you fill a cold foam drink to the top knowing the a main feature of this drink is the foam?! We... didn't realize until we got home and the didn't answer the phone when I tried to call. Two stars because I've been coming herefor YEARS and they've always been there for me in the odd hours of the night/morning. Edit: The manager answered the phone andoffered a replacement. I appreciate a business that corrects mistakes. I'll bring it up to 4 stars thanks to the response frommanagement. Definitely check your items before leaving though. Read more
Found this plastic material in my 10 yr olds hot chocolate today . She had sipped and quickly spit this in her hand and ran to... me quickly. I had to inspect both hot chocolates through a clear glass to make sure nothing else was inside. We ended throwingthe drinks away. I tried to call to let them and no answer. Edit. I took it up with corporate, this is a safety/ health hazard. Please note there was a piece 3x bigger and more circular like it came off a machine . Highly disappointed and concern for theequipment they use for food processing is damage or needs maintenance. They need to be inspected for proper machinery and foodhandling considering the pictures of food on these reviews. But this is a health hazard this location needs to do better forsake of the customers. Read more
We?ve been going for a couple of months consistently and by far the worst experience was 11-5-2022. We ordered online and headed... out. Once we arrived part of our order was ready so, we sat down and ate waiting on the rest. We noticed that people who orderedafter us were receiving their orders rather quickly so, when asked was told, we?ll let you know when your order is ready ratherrudely. After 5 or 6 orders we left.
