Reviews for Duck Donuts in San Antonio, TX
You get to order your own donut with what you want on it. They even give you a book of pre made options to make it easier if you... don?t know what you want on one. Since they make them to order they are hot when you get them which I love. I?ve only ever triedthe donuts here and they are delicious. I always get a six pack which takes a good 10 minutes for them to make. Read more

Great donuts, sticky floor. The variety of donuts is great at Duck Donuts, went in right after they opened and got my donuts... pretty fast. The staff was very friendly and the donuts tasted great. Only negative was the sticky floors, reminded me of goingto the movies. Read more
We came here for the first time on September 18th shortly after they opened that morning. I was surprised to see they made... custom donuts. I waited 10 minutes for my dozen donuts, which was fine because they were all made to order. The verydisappointing part was I also ordered 4 sausage, egg and cheese sandwiches with chopped bacon and maple drizzle and that took 30minutes. About 20 minutes into the wait, I asked why is it taking so long. The girl responded saying "all of our products arefrozen and we have to defrost them" If you make these for breakfast why is everything frozen? Shouldn't you have some alreadydefrosted so customers don't have to wait so long? Then I saw others who ordered after me get their sandwich before me. The guymaking them was moving very slowly, sitting on a stool staring at the microwave. When I got home and opened the box, I saw theynever added the chopped bacon and maple drizzle! Very very disappointing! Read more
Duck Donuts is a create your own Donut Shop. It's a simple concept and well executed. The menu here is easy to understand and... the build your own ideas are vast. There is also a menu of pre-crafted choices, as well as limited time seasonal options. TheDonuts here have always been great! Best-in-town? Probably not, but you won't be disappointed either. This location is rathernew, though the interior at the time of my visit was a little underwhelming. Not to say it was dirty or anything. It wasn't, butit just doesn't look quite as lively as it has in the past. The staff here is courteous and friendly. Though the place is ratherquiet. It's a neat place for a quick visit if you're in the mood for a bit of a different Donut. Read more
