I was nervous about ordering from this location because of the bad reviews. However, my experience at this location was quite... good. I ordered on the app for curbside delivery and the pizza was delivered to the car within 30 seconds of my arrival at thestore. I've never had it delivered so quickly. The pizza was well made overall with a generous amount of toppings, and theywere well distributed. It was perhaps just a little doughy in the center (it lost a star for this reason) but I don't expectperfection at any Domino's location, considering the price. The employee who brought the pizza out was friendly. Perhaps thislocation experienced problems when it first opened, but they seem to be mostly resolved. Dominos is getting cheap about everything. they charge for crushed red pepper and the cheese packets as well. they do not put... bbq sauce on the wings but sell the packets off bbq separate this will be my last time ordering from dominos. Read more
They have the best service and the people who don't think so leave your review if you want but they work hard and do a great... job. My sister works there and comes home almost every day to tell me that the people the she delivered to were very rude, notip and called there manager for no reason. This dominos is TERRIBLE!!! it has many bad reviews and ratings for a reason. We simply ordered a pizza, cheese sticks, and... cinnamon twists. They did not deliver my cinnamon twists. We called them several times and continued to get transferred to NOONE and hung up on. They are very lazy and want to transfer you all over the place instead of simply fixing their mistakes. I had a horrible experience with this location today. It?s even worse that the manager on duty, Jake he says his name was, was... also getting his employees to hang up the phone on me. We placed an order for two Pizzas and an order of chicken. This was at5:30 PM. At 6:15 I got a notification saying the delivery was on the way. At 6:30 the delivery time updated. At 6:40 it updatedagain. I called the store to see what was going on and they said the orders got mixed up and our order was on its way. About 10minutes later the order showed up, cold, and missing one of two pizzas. I called the store back and spoke to a verydisrespectful female on the phone and asked to speak to the manager. Jake answered and I asked for a refund for the ruined orderwhich we had not touched. He said no there?s nothing they can do and hung up. I called back and spoke to him again and askedhim to cancel the order and refund me and he can have his pizzas back, and he said ?fine canceled? and hung up. I called back tosee what that meant, if I would be getting a refund , and he just hung up on me. I called back several times and every time hejust kept hanging up the phone. At one point another employee answered the phone and I could hear him in the background sayingto hang up on me. I saw a review here that said the bad reviews are not correct and to ignore them. Do not ignore them. I have ordered from here a... couple times and keep giving them chances. That was a mistake. First the pizza is always bland and tastes like old dough.Remember just cuz the dough isn't frozen that doesn't mean it's good dough. I previously worked at a pizza joint so I know.Secondly the drivers do not know how to read or follow instructions. They do not do contact less and have rang the doorbell andknocked on my door countless times when I ask them not too. Waking up people and making dogs bark. Smh dominos...smh Read more
Put in my order at this Domino's and then I read the reviews. I almost called to cancel the order because of the reviews. Do... not, I repeat, do not, any attention to the poor reviews. Average to good food, the decent prices --though recently raised-- are made better with regular deals, and location are a... plus. The employees put up front/ at the register are clearly not the brightest ones on the team. They regularly strugglemaking simple change for cash orders, working the register, and taking basic orders. If it wasn't the best pizza option in20mins i privacy wouldn't return. Getting in/out of the parking lot during peak traffic times is TERRIBLE!! Read more
