We ordered pizza through the app at 7:25 pm and were following along. Through the process it seem like a reasonable time for our... pizza to get here. Then we saw that our driver left the location. At 8:40 pm! At 9:07 he entered our neighborhood, we only livethree minutes away. We called the store and the manager gave us an excuse about ovens and would not listen and kept talking overus. He said we were were only supposed to be five more people before our delivery. We specifically told him that we did not wantto cancel our order we just wanted our pizza delivered. we did have a question about a refund for the massive delay. But said wedid not want to cancel regardless. When he continued to talk over us we did tell him that we were calling corporate and hungup. At 9:28 the app said our order was canceled so we called back again asked why our order was delivered and confirmed thatthe calls were recorded. He insisted that they were and continued to talk over us and then hung up on us. This is the worstCustomer service I?ve ever experienced from any restaurant. Not just Domino?s. Read more
There is not a 0 star option. Long story short, 2 hours after we ordered, still no pizza, called the store to inquire, the... manager made tons of excuses, hung up on us and he canceled our order without our permission or consent. Read more
The past 2 times I ordered for delivery I had a great experience. Today I placed an order at 11:51 and it wasn?t here till 1:40.... The pizza was cold and the parmesan bites were hard as rocks. Very disappointed and will definitely be my last time orderingfrom this location. Read more
The pizza and garlic/parmesan bites were fresh, hot and delish! The order guy was nice and the service was fast!
Jonathan gave me a hard time because I called that my pizza was just had sauce and was burnt on the sides. idk where the cheese... was we went back and forth mind you I did delivery due to not driving. He wasn't going to give me another Pizza delivery until Ikept nagging I'm not eating a sause pizza. He cut me off just to say okay okay we will send one right now bye. How rude. This Dominoes is my favorite spot in SA. The food is also fresh and delicious from this particular location. Never had an issue... with the food. Occasionally I wait much longer than when the app says my food is ready for pick up but that?s whatever. Read more
Waited over an hour to get cold food. When I called and spoke to 2 managers they said they could only give me partial credit... back. They also said they had no way of contacting hr or any higher ups. I ordered a pizza on the app for delivery today. Pizza arrived and when I opened the box, wrong pizza. I called the store to... inform someone of the mistake, I was told to call back later and talk to a manager and they were too busy to remake my order ! I was shocked that someone told me they were too busy to make my order correctly. What a disappointment. Read more
